Motel 6 Tampa, FL - Fairgrounds

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Overall the facility was clean and livable and the checkin was easy and fast. I think there could've been more pillows on the bed, and the ones that were there were a bit flat. The TV only had 5 channels which is a small critique, but as a frequent traveler, I do enjoy watching some good tv at night. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, again, a small critique as I travel with my own, but most hotels I've ever stayed in have some form of toiletries.

I usually try not to complain, but we had no blink on our bed. The room was cold when we came in, but before we came in, it was very very stinky in the hallway in the room so I took a shower. I was freezing. I had one towel and my husband needed to take a shower. We were too far to complain to the office and the ice machine wasn’t working. The only thing that looked halfway decent was the pool and to be honest with you after all the bad stuff that we saw of the dirtiness, I was afraid to go swimming in it.

People hang out in the hallway al night. Everything smells like smoke. Very unsafe feeling. Dirty bathroom!!

The staff were just not very friendly when we ck in and then we got to our room and it was filthy the sheets on the bed were stained along with the pillows there were dead roaches on the floor. Only one blanket on one bed. We hadc2 queen size beds. I got my money back except for the early ck in fee and one night room and we left and never stayed in the room. I hope you all fix that place eith new people and clean the rooms properly

Being a corporate hotel we thought it would be maintain better than it was. We saw and killed quite a few roaches. The night staff was not nearly as pleasant as the day staff.

It was infested with roaches. They gave us dirty towels, no blanket for the bed. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Jeffery was an outstanding hotel staff member and was very welcoming and helpful with all of my needs during my brief stay, while my apartment was doing fumigation for pest control. AC unit was excellent and provided nice cold air.

The room is filled with roaches. Literally one fell from the sheets. My family and I stayed for about 4 minutes and then ran as fast as we could.
