There were roaches ,hallway smell like dogs ,people smoke weed and I let front desk know the situation with mildew inches shower and a/c was the same as the shower and she said I will give u a 30% discount on your next day and shut down the room for maintenance

Saw 2 roaches. Smell of weed. Loud music. Shower head is not working. Slow low volume came from the shower head and the rest flow from the faucet. No stopper for the bathtub to take a bath. I stayed 2 nights because my place was getting fumigation.

AC was very good 👍 had to turn it down. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing Tv shopped working, not enough yowls only one towel one hand towel no face gloves no soap no shampoo no floor towel it sucked not even blankets

The shower pressure Dirty. There was hair everywhere and stains on the bed like someone had just been there

Unfortunately, the only thing that I can say that I liked about the hotel was at the front. Clerk did the best that he could do with what he had it’s not his fault I was shown three rooms and this was the best room and I still ended up sleeping in the car rental. Bugs? the hotel was run down and loaded full of roaches, spiders, open live wires, dog paw prints on the bedding, like was it even washed? The room smelt like death and it looked like something was dead in the AC kind of hard to see in the pictures. I had stayed there years ago and obviously it’s ran down since then I figured it being in Brandon on Highway 60 good part of town it would be nice boy was I wrong clear warning stay away!!!!!

Checked in then put our things in room and left got back and tried to turn our tv on and it wouldn’t work, which caused us to move rooms across the property at 11pm.

This was the worst motel experience in my life. The staff was absolutely horrible, disrespectful rude not the kind of staff I would hire if I owned that motel. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I got locked out of my room and it happened to be 3:45 AM. I went to the front desk and I was told that his shift is over. He’s going home and he’s not going to answer any more of my questions and he can’t make me a new key because the system is already turned off. I asked him what do I do if I don’t have a key to get into my room that I paid for and this is the sixth night that I had stayed there. He said I have to wait for the morning staff to come to work. I asked him what time would that be and he said he’s not answering anymore of my questions and grabbed his stuff and went out through the back door and drove right past me as he left a motel, leaving me with no way to get into my room and I couldn’t go anywhere cause my car keys were in the room at my ID was in the room everything‘s in the room locked in the room, and I was stuck sitting on the stairs for about four hours until the morning staff arrived. Oh, I forgot to mention I’m also diabetic. My medicine was in my room. I couldn’t get to that until I got a key from the morning staff and I also have my dog with me so my dog and me were stuck outside for more than four hours waiting on the next shift to start no refund no I’m sorry. No nothing from these people. It was a very horrible experience -5 Stars

Room had a huge spider in it. Bed linens were filthy. Fridge still had food and drinks from prior people. Room was never cleaned.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Overall the facility was clean and livable and the checkin was easy and fast. I think there could've been more pillows on the bed, and the ones that were there were a bit flat. The TV only had 5 channels which is a small critique, but as a frequent traveler, I do enjoy watching some good tv at night. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, again, a small critique as I travel with my own, but most hotels I've ever stayed in have some form of toiletries.

I usually try not to complain, but we had no blink on our bed. The room was cold when we came in, but before we came in, it was very very stinky in the hallway in the room so I took a shower. I was freezing. I had one towel and my husband needed to take a shower. We were too far to complain to the office and the ice machine wasn’t working. The only thing that looked halfway decent was the pool and to be honest with you after all the bad stuff that we saw of the dirtiness, I was afraid to go swimming in it.
