Clean rooms, friendly staff! AC unit fan was a bit loud, not sure if it just needs a filter cleaned or a little fix. Bathroom layout is interesting, a bit of a squeeze for an average sized person.

Overall, the hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable and staff was very professional. A big letdown was the continental breakfast. All they had was bagels, cereal and muffins. Should be advertised as a small snack not a breakfast. Just plan on spending extra somewhere to get a real breakfast with some kind of protein.

Staff was rude, requested linens, was refused, corridors smelled of illegal substances, breakfast was minimal at best, humidity in room was so bad the floors stayed wet.

Should offer more for breakfast and over night staff should not be disrespectful to customers and should have better customer service and housekeeping should clean rooms everyday Overnight staff and that housekeeping don’t clean rooms everyday

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I do wish they had some hot foods (waffles or eggs maybe) on the breakfast but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Special mention of Soan, the desk clerk/concierge. What a nice welcome. He is definitely customer oriented and directed us to some great dining and sight seeing nearby. We will be coming back. Thanks again Soan.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was for the price. It was recently updated and very clean. 15 minute drive to Ybor city.
