The rooms experience humidity. It feels moldy and wet inside. I felt gross. I wouldn't book again unfortunately.

Very nice room. Clean Nice to have breakfast without having to go out.

Could do better on breakfast buffet

La habitación era espaciosa y estaba bien limpia. La cama era comodisima y había agua caliente. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad, pero resolvía. Nunca llegué a visitar otra área del hotel porque llegaba bien tarde y me iba bien temprano. En general lo recomiendo.

We had a big problem with our second floor room. Very high humidity such that the floor was covered with water when we returned from an event later that night. They told us they were aware of the high humidity problem but it was unbelievable. See photos. What if I had slipped and fell or had a pulmonary condition. They ended up moving us to another room but why put is in that room in the first place. I am in process of requesting a refund and am working with hilton on that issue. I have never had such a terrible stay at a hilton property. I will not be staying there again

Nicole was VERY helpful and guaranteed our stay (as we arrived almost at 1:30am due to flight delays). Very good stay around Tampa.

Great stay at a good price . Note the tub was slippery. They had a bar but the tub needs some kind of grippers or bath mat . Other than that great stay .

Clean rooms, friendly staff! AC unit fan was a bit loud, not sure if it just needs a filter cleaned or a little fix. Bathroom layout is interesting, a bit of a squeeze for an average sized person.

Overall, the hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable and staff was very professional. A big letdown was the continental breakfast. All they had was bagels, cereal and muffins. Should be advertised as a small snack not a breakfast. Just plan on spending extra somewhere to get a real breakfast with some kind of protein.
