everything about this trip was wonderful. the staff was so welcoming and kind, we had the best greeting waiting us at our room and it was such a gorgeous and comfortable room. I cant wait to come back to tampa to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, It was really convenient to the area we were spending most of our time while in the area, The room was great with many amenities that made the stay very comfortablble and are not available in other hotels.

Everything was nice. Room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful and nice

We stayed in a 1 bedroom which suited our needs for the trip. Room was large, well equipped kitchen and good work spaces. Beds were comfortable, hotel mostly quiet. The location was very good, 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Breakfast was typical continental. The pool was super small so if lounging and swimming is a priority for your trip, take that into account.

We just stayed for one night but was very comfortable the room was very clean two queen size bed and a sofa bed

The young gentleman at the front desk was great! Professional but friendly. It was a welcome experience!

Love the location. Breakfast kept running out of food. Room fixtures were rusted in the bathrooms and items broken.

The property is well maintained and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and even though the property says they’ll clean every other day, we ended up getting our room cleaned up everyday. The continental breakfast is basic but helpful for those that need to get something in the tummy without having to leave.

The hotel isn't bad, but the housekeeping staff isn't doing their job properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and the conditioner and shampoo bottles were completely empty.

We enjoyed our stay. Thr suite was quite comfortable for the 3 of us and we had plenty of room. The staff was quite helpful as well. Thr only issue we had was our tvs sometimes wouldn't work correctly. Like didn't want to connect to YouTube. But it was fine in the end.

Great property and close to fun things. Shoutout Megan who works at the front desk, sent up a basket for my birthday and signed a birthday card to me. Just amazing staff and breakfast was actually pretty good

Very clean and very updated. Was surprised to see a dishwasher, large refrigerator. Plates, cups and other utensils in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre, not hot or labeled so accidentally got hot flavored breakfast sausage one morning and turkey bacon (I think?) one other time when I just wanted regular of both. Our room was hot and the a/c was making such a loud noise . the door to the bathroom kept sticking so every time someone used it it was loud so no one could use the bathroom at night. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.
