Springhill Suites by Marriott Tampa Brandon

Only elevator that worked was extremely shady. It made scrapping and other odd banging noises that I have never heard in one before. No in room safe to secure company assets. There was a parking fee that was not talked about, so with the addition of that, could have stayed in a better place for the cost. Pillows were clumpy, no water pressure, bed was just ok.

Front desk staff was great, items needed for my room I could get from them without question, housekeeping did not enter the room even when asked to replace bathroom items. At check in I was informed of a $10.00 a night parking charge. Room was clean, sink area is outside of the shower and stool area, the room was an handicapped assist room, the door opened up between the shower room and the sink area. This room was also located on an upper floor. Breakfast was a nice addition, large variety of items to choose from and a serving time each morning of 3 hours.

My room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 3 it wasn’t ready until sometime after 5 I believe when I went down to get my room key.

Staff was nice braces was still simple and easy. Stay with family loved it will definitely stay again.

It was fine I paid through booking and still was charged per night with the hotel no point on booking through booking.com if I have to pay more on property

Checking in, I was told that I had gotten a refund, which I hadn’t. Got charged more than the deposit and parking fee even though everything else was supposed to be paid. Only had one elevator as the second one malfunctioned during our stay. Had someone in the room next to us that left their dog in the room barking for hours. The pool, hot tub, gym, and breakfast were good.

Everything was excellent!! We especially loved the breakfast and the sweet lady serving it♥️ I was having difficulty with my infant granddaughter and she stopped what she was doing and helped me, I’m very greatful!
