Room needs some serious upgrading. TV needs replacing it had a line on it of dead pixels. The TV looked 20 years old. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room 2-3 times no one answered. Even used my personal phone, to call because I needed to know the WI-FI password, still no answer. The lady at the front desk was giving me a really hard time about getting the WI-FI password I just needed to do some work on my laptop. She kept claiming it was in the packet with the room keys but it wasn't. After proving to her it wasn't she finally gave me the password. Like damn why are are arguing with paying guests?? The carpets need some serious cleaning theres no way you would catch me walking barefoot in there. Our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. I definitely would never stay here again if I was in the area. Oh and forgot the best part I'm pretty sure someone died in the hotel because when we went to check out there was 10 cop cars, a ambulance, and a fire truck in the parking lot and police and EMT's were going in and out.
