Clean Rooms , Very Nice and helpful staff , I always stay at this hotel every time I’m in the area! They also make Good Cookies 😀

Front desk staff was professional and very polite. Rooms were clean. The hotel had restaurants walking distance and also shopping was close. Would stay again

We had a good stay, they allowed us to check in without no issues . It was a one night stay and it met all of my needs.

The room and bedding didn't appear very clean.

comfortable mattress The assigned room was a bit dark. not enough light sources. I had an old shower head that came apart while i was showering at night. no change was done that night to another room. I had to wait until the next morning and I had to initiate the repair request again that morning. The furniture was a bit dated and the carpet smelled of old urine and moisture. The staff that night reacted as if this is a normal thing. The repair man did the work in my absence. That night when I returned to the room there was a new showerhead.

The room was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast was decent would like to see more options like Danish, fruits, another juice option. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't even needed the a/c on the first night. Rooms kept its cool and I did put it on but not much. Nothing really bad except the ice machines were down on 3 of 5 floors. It is 30 minutes away from from the skyline bridge for fishing. The stay did it's purpose.

Heater didn't work and the TV was out of focus.

I think the pool could have been cleaner it looked yellow

The rooms had a old musty smell to it, almost as if someone had pissed on the carpet or old mildew carpet or drywall

Every employee was great, very very nice.so friendly I have never been any place that was ever like this.Go there to see what Great employees. I will be going back you can bet on that.

En el hotel vimos cucarachas y una hormiga qué vuela aparte no se si el hotel tiene moho pero yo no soy alérgica a nada y empeze a estornudar y todos en el cuarto cuando estuvimos en el baño estornudamos demasiado.

10 out of 10. Only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was very low and the tub kept filling up. And the beds were a little uncomfortable due to the springs and box mattress. Is a back breaker. But other than that definitely another stay.
