I dialed 0 and was told to place the bag of trash outside of the room. Next morning, manager comes to the room,asked my lady “if we placed it there “my lady said “no “mainly because she was heavily medicated when we arrived and was totally unaware that I placed it there. So, the manager went and reviewed the video, called my room, told me that I had to take the trash to the dumpster or be fined $30. When I attempted to explain why it was placed there, she insisted on talking over me and then abruptly hung up in my face!!! I called back, she stated “because I didn’t move it, I would not be allowed to extend my stay. I proceeded to take the trash down anyway to avoid having to disrupt my day, and tried to speak with the manager again in person. She told me that she was on the phone with her boss and she told me her boss said I needed to remove all of my items from the room and leave the premises, not to mention my reservation was for two days. The elevator was broken so we walked 4 flights of stairs to get our luggage, walked back down, asked for the refund for the remaining day, was told “they weren’t giving us one,and if we accept we were wrong, we could stay the remaining day “ And finally, if all of that wasn’t enough, we were told “we still could not extend our stay if we wanted to “ I made a formal complaint and still haven’t received a word from ANY LEADERSHIP

The room 314 we were assigned to was infested with roaches. We complained and showed proof both with pictures and videos and were assigned room 324. We opened the door and flipped the light switch on and it was like roachville in there. We immediately went back to the front office and asked to speak to the manager and Lana the receptionist said the manager wouldn’t be in until that following Tuesday. Will be going to speak to the manager tomorrow to get my full refund! DO NOT stay here unless you don’t mind the extra company.

Found a roach in my room within 10 mins. Enough said.

As they say....you get what you pay for. I won't go into details. I wouldn't stay again, nor would I recommend.

It was in a good location. And Trinity did a great job getting us checked in even though she was new and having a rough day. There was this weird smell once you left the check in area to get to the elevators. The smell in the elevator was even worse. There were also pets allowed on the property which wouldn't have been a big deal if the pet upstairs wasn't walking back and forth over our head all night. And to top it all off we encountered multiple roaches in our room.

When we first walked in the room we noticed the sink had stuff inside. It wasn’t clean , tub clogged , staff took forever for checkout.

Clean and location The staff for checking wasn’t a good mood. Also they charge me extra fee for use the internet and for check in upon arrival fee.

Lobby and halls were dirty and not maintained… doors to outside wouldn’t close and not secure. Room had broken chair and TV didn’t work

Roach fell on me while laying on the bed. Killed it and I only saw one. Had to call 3 times to get checked in due to it being after 10 pm when I got there.
