Extended Stay America Select Suites Tampa Brandon East

The room 314 we were assigned to was infested with roaches. We complained and showed proof both with pictures and videos and were assigned room 324. We opened the door and flipped the light switch on and it was like roachville in there. We immediately went back to the front office and asked to speak to the manager and Lana the receptionist said the manager wouldn’t be in until that following Tuesday. Will be going to speak to the manager tomorrow to get my full refund! DO NOT stay here unless you don’t mind the extra company.

Found a roach in my room within 10 mins. Enough said.

When we first walked in the room we noticed the sink had stuff inside. It wasn’t clean , tub clogged , staff took forever for checkout.

Much nicer then expected ...

Lobby and halls were dirty and not maintained… doors to outside wouldn’t close and not secure. Room had broken chair and TV didn’t work

Roach fell on me while laying on the bed. Killed it and I only saw one. Had to call 3 times to get checked in due to it being after 10 pm when I got there.

Lo normal,

The only 3 good things about my room was the bed, toilet, and hot water. The microwave was missing a handle and did not close. Couldn’t use that. The door looked like someone broke in. Which I did not feel safe. The room did not have extra towels or wash rags which we needed. 1 side of the room had charging outlets. The room smelled like old smoke. The front desk clerk was not available for approximately 5 mins to check in. And she did not smile, say hello or give a friendly greeting. If it wasn’t so late I would’ve taken a monetary loss and went somewhere else. I will not book this chain hotel again.

Nothing No toilet paper, had to purchase towels, and I had to call on a private phone in the lobby to get someone to come to the front desk

Location Customer service fat girl that wear the goggles tried to beat me mad cus the rooms are filthy the carpet is filthy and roaches up a crawling bout to take over the room

This property was so filthy I ran out of there 20 minutes after checking in when I felt a bug crawling on me. I am still having trouble getting my refund after having to sleep in my car because the place was so terrible

Everything was great. But the shower had no pressure.

Roaches, I killed 6 of them. Floor was filthy! Didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a month! Nothing, furnishings were very old. Bed spread had dark stains on it

It was close to my job My bathroom flooded on the 2nd to the last night and instead of an apology the boss texted me with threats.
