It was very clean and while kept up with The bed was uncomfortable

The stay was great till the manger came, she very racist, she refused my service due to asking her for a rule and registration book on the property. She was adding prices on top of what I've already paid on line . I explained to her that I was there for multiple days before she showed up to work and no one charged me those fees she was trying to add to my pay. She waited till the next day when I tried to rebook for a extra day an put a no rent by my name. An tried to pretend to not know but when I called customer service they said she said she didn't won't to rent rooms to me.

I did speak to the desk clerk this am we will not return it was that bad….

The hotel was needing some upgrades in the room, around the external areas. I only stayed 1 night then we moved into a different hotel.

This place is infested by cockroaches. I saw several and I was only there 1 night.

My experience at extended stay was very good, peaceful and friendly. The staff was extremely helpful and helpful. Leah was very professional and caring. Evening staff was great also and Debra on the am . The ladies cleaned rooms nice and were friendly. My only complaint is my refrigerator never worked properly, kept freezing my items and was set properly.

Well, when we first got there, the lady that was at the front desk. She was very nice and sweet. She was the only one. Everybody else was very rude, didn't want to talk?When you had a Question our first one we went into was roach infested in very dirty. I had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean it. It was filthy, the second room. We got because the first room AC was also out. It was a lot better as far as the AC goes, but it was still dirty. I had to clean it no roaches, so that was a plus but it was very dirty.. They need to make sure that they're cleaning those rooms properly. They're changing the sheets properly. They vacuum the floors in the hallway and also sweeping out the elevator because it was very dirty for it to be in that location. You would think it would be a little better. I understand that people live there and Greta. It's quiet, so that was a plus but the cleaniness needs to be a plus as well. It was very dirty in both rooms..

Yes the staff wasn’t very attentive until about 11a everyday, plus the microwave was broken didn’t heat at all and the bathroom light switch was broken had to hit it hard sometimes to turn it on. Such a beautiful place on the outside though.

I paid a pet deposit and wrote I had my parakeet and cat with me. I was told there are no birds a day later and told to.leave.

The fact I paid a pet fee advised them I had my cat and bird and wrote it on the paper and kicked us out because we had a caged bitd

I dialed 0 and was told to place the bag of trash outside of the room. Next morning, manager comes to the room,asked my lady “if we placed it there “my lady said “no “mainly because she was heavily medicated when we arrived and was totally unaware that I placed it there. So, the manager went and reviewed the video, called my room, told me that I had to take the trash to the dumpster or be fined $30. When I attempted to explain why it was placed there, she insisted on talking over me and then abruptly hung up in my face!!! I called back, she stated “because I didn’t move it, I would not be allowed to extend my stay. I proceeded to take the trash down anyway to avoid having to disrupt my day, and tried to speak with the manager again in person. She told me that she was on the phone with her boss and she told me her boss said I needed to remove all of my items from the room and leave the premises, not to mention my reservation was for two days. The elevator was broken so we walked 4 flights of stairs to get our luggage, walked back down, asked for the refund for the remaining day, was told “they weren’t giving us one,and if we accept we were wrong, we could stay the remaining day “ And finally, if all of that wasn’t enough, we were told “we still could not extend our stay if we wanted to “ I made a formal complaint and still haven’t received a word from ANY LEADERSHIP
