Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview Brandon

Everything was as expected. Due to the location of the building parking could at times be difficult. We did notice our last two nights either an employee or other guest were smoking Marijuana in the building. The odor somehow seeped into our room. Didn't appreciate smelling a skunk-type odor in my room for hours but I am not sure the hotel could do anything about that.

Breakfast was good.

From the minute I walked in the lobby until I left every single staff member was as friendly as they could be. This was my 3rd Hilton property that I stayed at in the last 5 weeks. By far the best staff. Every thing was immaculate, breakfast was great.

PROS: Staff was welcoming, room was clean, the location was great! Really close basically walking distance to restaurants, gas stations etc! I was really please with this location and the proximity to things to do. I did notice pets here, and that's a plus to know for future bookings that this is a pet friendly hotel! Laundry on site was also a plus, not wanting to pack damp clothes, having a dryer helped! CON: When entering the room, it didn't exactly smelled fresh, not sure if it was an odor coming from the A/C unit or rug? But it was only noticeable only when entering the room.

We had such a lovely stay here. The staff are warm and friendly and gave us good recommendations on dining options. The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The 4thbfloor was really humid. It may just have been how it is in July in FL

I booked this hotel last minute and I’m glad I chose it. Very nice staff and a clean and comfortable room.

The lady at the front desk did not allow me to use a card that I had used earlier in the week to pay for my stay. There were no issues with the card and the funds were available. I proceeded to use another card because I did not feel like letting her ruin my day.

Everything was great, but the swimming pool could've been cleaner. One more thing, add some turkey to your breakfast.
