Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences - Singer Island

I'm delighted to share that this hotel is as described. Highly recommend if you want a quick reset. It has all amenities one needs to focus on wellness and relaxation. Definitely coming back!

It was everything that I hoped it would be. I loved the hotel and the food. The beds were really comfortable. The only problems that I had were: our phones wouldn't work. We couldn't get really good internet connection, and did not want to join the unsecured guest Wi-Fi. The TV channels they had were awful, and because I couldn't use my phne, I couldn't cast something from my phone onto the TV, so nothing real good to watch on TV. It's not my favorite beach. It's hard to enjoy yourself when the waves are so hard, and the sand is so soft, it's just really hard to get into the water at that beach. Luckily , the pool area was over by the ocean , so we could see the ocean from the pool. We went to the pool everyday, and 2 days to the beach as well. We didn't use the spa, It was unbelievably expensive. It was 3x the price for a facial than what I can get in Ponte Vedra to which I already have a membership and was not going to pay those prices. Also great sevice from the staff. We were treated like royalty. The gym was amazing and I used it 2x out of 4 days, and they offered free pilates and yoga classes in the morning.

The front staff were excellent, extremely professional, and caring. They were sensitive to our concerns and questions.

This is my second stay at Amrit. The staff continues to be professional , polite and helpful . The amenities are world class , inviting and beautiful .

The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.

Great looking property with excellent views. There were great staffs and not so great staffs. Beach and pool staff were excellent, horse keeping and our waiter at the property restaurant were not so good. We requested washcloths and never got them. Overall, lacked a bit of hospitality to be a 5 star experience.

Fantastic service and amenities. Hotel was clean and of excellent condition. Beach was close by and the free beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily for you was incredible. Pool was the perfect temperature.

They did take off the resort fees but we still paid over $900 for 2 nights despite being told we would only be charged 2 nights. Anyway this was a disappointment but the lady on the desk tried her best but I don’t think this was ok to pay this much for our experience

I loved everything about my stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I especially loved the beach, pool, and peaceful atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay!!

Everything in the hotel was closed at weird hours or under construction. Hotel was beautiful, the room and the view were amazing and it was very quiet and relaxing. In the pictures advertising the hotel were lit up pools at night that you couldn’t use after 6pm. A little misleading.

The staff was amazing and easy to interact with. Knowledgable with the surrounding area and things to do outside of the hotel.

I would also highly recommend the Indian restaurant Ayre. A 3-course meal for $75.00 is unbeatable for such great food and amazing wait staff. I have no complaints, I just wish I stayed longer.

Definitely not a 5 star property.. hotel tries to check the boxes of what a 5 star resort would offer, but it falls short in every way. It's a 3 star hotel on the beach..

At the very least, the service should be more pleasant, and they shouldn't charge you twice.
