Great place to stay

The balcony chairs and cushions were very dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep drinks chilled. The hallways outside our room also frequently smelled like marijuana. We had lunch at Tula while family was visiting, and the service was a bit disappointing. Our waitress forgot multiple food and drink items, making the meal take much longer than it should have. At the pool, I asked about renting a cabana. Neither the server nor the manager she brought over knew the pricing and said they would bring me a price sheet, but they never did. Instead, I was told it was $400, including champagne and fruit. Since no one in our group drinks alcohol and the pool was nearly empty, I was surprised there wasn't a more flexible option, such as a discounted or partial-day rate. The property has a lot of potential and the room itself was very nice, but improvements to maintenance, service, and guest accommodations would make for a much better experience.

They had the place very clean and its very beautiful view. And they had a wonderful gym and sauna and pool.

The resort offers wonderful amenities that made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Waking up to those breathtaking views each morning was the highlight of our trip. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend Amrit Ocean Resort. We can't wait to come back!

The rooms were super clean

The room and staff were great. There were not many options for meals so we did have to leave the resort for a variety. The poor bar food was great but only open until 5pm.

Tula restaurant food was horrible and expensive. They should replace the chef and the menu.

Very nice stay. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Some areas need to be better maintained. Rooms very nice and well decorated. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent experience overall

I was very impressed with everything at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them all a shout out! We had an amazing view and good was good. I liked that they even had fitness classes.

Staff is great and very friendly. The beach is amazing with chairs, drinks and restaurant available. Rooms are modern and the cleanliness is impressive. Spa services amazing. Top 10 I’ll return for sure.

I would suggest is they consider those of us that are allergic to fragrance (the lobby was fragrant) and have other sensitivities to products. I bypassed a massage because the spa uses coconut oil and argan oil. I would have needed something very bland like rice bran oil. I would also suggest signage maybe in the elevator or lobby reminding guests about closing the shades at night for the sea turtle nests.
