The slide pool area was great, especially for kids, but the food offerings were limited and all pretty unhealthy. Although the staff were very friendly, almost every food order we made (at any of the restaurants) came out wrong, and there was also very limited service at the infinity pool. The kids club was great, but the hours and pricing were not great - 10-12, then they close for lunch, and then 1-3. They charge $50 for each session, so $100 for a ‘full day’ which seems excessive for a short period, especially if you have more than one kid attending. A few times they were also late in opening which was irritating given how much you pay for it. The gym is small but good enough. The spa was nice although a little dated, but I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had there so would rate it highly for that reason!

Rooms were nice. Pool and outside areas could have been kept cleaner especially the steps to the slide in the pool area, kids kept slipping and getting hurt. There was also a pool light that was left outside the pool that was an electrical hazard. Outside seating was not maintained. A lot of staff sitting around on their phones. Just a handful of friendly/helpful staff. The food was good.

When you touch something in the room , everything is sticky. Bathroom doors completely broken. No pods for coffee in the morning. No soap in one of the bathroom. Stuff completely unusfull. No chairs available at the beach. Food is disgusting and way over priced. Thanks but never ever again. Save your family from a bad experience.

The hotel and resort was excellent, my only dislike was the food prices to eat.

Would have liked a little more weights and equipment at gym but I’m exercise fanatic

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, very peaceful with a view of both beach & city. There was some confusion at the checkout as reception advised they never received the payment from booking.com. I was able to provide them with my payment reciept and it was resolved but it delayed our checkout by about 30 mins. Thankfully, we were not rushing for a flight or anything as that would have been more stressful.

Location, staff, pools, clean and updated Had maintenance going on. Middle portion was blocked off outside making it difficult to maneuver place to place
