Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa

When you touch something in the room , everything is sticky. Bathroom doors completely broken. No pods for coffee in the morning. No soap in one of the bathroom. Stuff completely unusfull. No chairs available at the beach. Food is disgusting and way over priced. Thanks but never ever again. Save your family from a bad experience.

The hotel and resort was excellent, my only dislike was the food prices to eat.

Would have liked a little more weights and equipment at gym but I’m exercise fanatic

You have to have a vehicle to go to anything and you can only use valet parking that you are also charged to your room. And there’s resort fees charged to the room. The prices in the restaurant that does stay open is super high! They have 0 entertainment or anything. I will say the pools are very nice and the room was really cool. But the sliding doors for the rooms are flimsy and kept coming off the tracks.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The unit and room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and beach were excellent.

Rooms were really good but other than that nothing else was good, 20% service is included on everything, even a bottle of water at the “gift shop”, there was nothing else that was worth it, one pool was super crowded the other is mostly reserved for residents and cabanas, on the beach they wouldn’t put umbrellas because of the wind but all other next door hotels had them up with no issues, no kayaking and it was supposed to be included, I feel like we were deceived. I would not go back to this hotel. I regret choosing it.

My family and I (24 of us) had an outstanding time. I read some of tge reviews complaining about the friendliness of the staff, parking/valet and how dated the resort was. First, everyone was delightful, friendly and helpful. Valet only is a little bit of an inconvenience but so minimal. Property seemed very well maintained. Food and drinks are pricey but good. It was great

Estuvo todo genial respecto al hotel, mucha limpieza espectacular sus piscinas y la Atencion, mi inconformidad es hacia el vallet parking, entregamos nuestro auto en perfecto estado y nos lo entregaron chocado a pesar de nuestro reclamo aun nadie se comunica con nosotros para resolver el problema.

We very happy staying here. Parking is expensive

The rooms are clean but there are some things that should be addressed, such as the ice maker did not work, two sliding doors had problems, one would not stay closed unless you locked it, the other one would just stay open, the toilet would only work if you held the handle down and after the water was all the way down you would have to pick up the handle or the water would run non stop.

The property was very nice & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. You will have to have your vehicle valet parked, but they were pretty quick to get our car to us when we needed it. We had a great stay at this Marriott location.
