Very unfriendly staff. Expedia bookings would have very bad attention at front desk.

Amazing stay we live the place thank you for hosting

-Missing bed sheets from the bedding for many days until we pointed them out to the cleaning crew. -Washer/dryer that was unusable for 4 days because the control buttons were missing. No clothes hunger in the closets. I had to purchase hangers at the target so our family could unpack our clothing -Dirty, heavily stained carpet that requires professional cleaning or replacement. - Interior doors that were loose and nearly falling off before your engineering staff repaired them while we were inside the apartment creating a non-safety environment in the rental apartment. - A Bathroom mirror hanging insecurely by a single screw, presenting s safety hazard. - Old, rusted toilet brushes that reflect poorly on the Mariotte brand. -Dining chairs that are excessively worn, it looks like you are sitting in a whole, and unstable making them uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. Water leaks onto the kitchen floor daily, apparently from either the sink or the dishwasher. I recommend checking the ceiling of the unit below for possible water damage. - Overall deterioration of the unit that clearly indicates significant maintenance and refurbishment are needed before it should be rented to future guests

The coral reef in front of the hotel had lots of fish to see. If I had to complain about something, it would be all the seaweed on the beach. It was sea turtle egg laying season. So they could not clean off the beach. Overall the stay was great. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and quiet place. Perfect gateway in the Florida Keys. Highly recommended

No real ocean view, my wife opened a closet to find opened paint cans, chemicals, dirty pillows, and beer cans!! Disgusting, and wayyyy overpriced!

The problems started as soon as we checked in. The first room we were assigned, Room 1813, had an overwhelming chemical odor that smelled like it had just been fumigated. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to stay in the room, so we immediately requested a room change. We were moved to Room 2100, where the odor was still noticeable, although less intense. To make matters even worse, we found live cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for a resort of this category. Throughout our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. We reported this issue to the front desk multiple times, yet no one followed up or resolved the problem. We spent our entire stay without housekeeping service, which is a basic expectation at any Marriott hotel. In addition, the dishwasher in our suite was broken and remained unrepaired despite being reported. The lack of communication among the staff was obvious throughout our stay. Every employee gave us different information. The most frustrating example involved the beach service. We were told at the front desk that beach chairs and umbrellas were included with our suite, but when we arrived at the beach, another employee informed us that we had to pay for them. This level of misinformation and poor coordination is unacceptable. Wh

I think they need a new management. I didn't expect the pool bar to be close at 6pm or the slide. That's when everyone come back to the hotel. Also every else shuts down at 8pm. The room was nice but that's pretty much the only thing. I wouldn't go back.

Great spaces and distribution. Nice Lobby Overrated and overpriced. Terrible location. All Singer island and Riviera beach are populated by Homeless people and there’s a huge contrast in all architecture compared to West Palm Beach. Several items that in my room were not working at all, I reported this to the front desk and they blamed this to Booking.com not explaining to me this was a privately owned suite not really part of the hotel.

The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. Every detail made us feel valued and cared for. This was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we created memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The resort itself was beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a stunning beach that made for the perfect getaway. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is nice and a great place to vacation. However the front desk staff are quite useless. Any time we had an issue or question, they didn’t help us properly. Additionally the room we were given was outdated and it could have been cleaned better. There was a mess in the kitchen and the laundry room was stuffed with other items so we couldn’t properly use the machine. Additionally, whenever we requested water we were given an attitude from the front desk and no water was in our room. I will say the team members around the hotel were great and super friendly. The two pools were so nice and the beach access was also great. Overall trip was good but hotel could use some renovations and the front desk staff could be more useful.

Stay a decent amount of Marriott’s. This one was not up to usually standards.

Great hotel for family travel. The beach has pretty fish next to the rocks behind the hotel and my kids love the waterslide. Will be staying there again.

While the hotel's public amenities were fantastic, our actual room fell incredibly short, and management's hands-off policy left us completely stranded. We booked a room for five people but were only given three chairs, and the room's dishwasher was completely broken for our entire stay. Although the staff acknowledged the issue and even issued a case number, they flat-out refused to fix the appliance, claiming that maintenance is entirely up to the individual room owner. It is a total gamble staying here; if you get assigned a room with a negligent owner, management will wash their hands of the problem and leave you screwed.

We had a beautifully, clean 2 bedded apartment with nice balcony views over the beach and Singer Island. We had a few minor problems the sliding doors in both rooms kept opening after they were closed. The remote control was not working in one of the bedrooms and in the other bathroom there was no hot water but apart from that all was good. We did not use the kitchen. The pool and beach area was nice. We ate on the beach and the food was first class, the service on the beach was really good along with the drinks. Valet parking was reasonable at $42 a day. Great to have Starbucks in the hotel entrance area. Would stay here again.

We loved are experience!

Room was impressive, on first arrival, til we noticed issues making it a little run down. The Vanity mirror light didn’t work, main tv remote was overused and would change channels without multiple clicks, two lamps and the light over the shower were nonstop flickering, a big clump of hair in the shower drain as well as weird stains on the comforter and curtains.
