Ray at the front desk was very accommodating. Nice facilities and friendly wait staff at the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very well maintained property. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and housekeeping did a great job refreshing towels and tidying the room. 100% would stay again! The only downside is not having a microwave in the rooms.

My children and I had the greatest time ever. We met lovely people from all over the world. The ocean was magnificent and they saw a sea turtle swing by. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was clean and the amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend.

the beach had ALOT of seaweed ,we expected it to be way cleaner considering it was the hotel's private section....A Big Disappointment..

Property was cool no complaints

Very nice, the regular room with a beach view was not a very good beach view, it was a room on the side of the building and was way too expensive, $700+ thinking I had an ocean front view but didn’t, I’m assuming you have to spend $1000+ for an ocean view and is not worth the price unless you have a group and staying for a week

Nice.place.to stay. Spacious room & bathroom. On the expensive side but you would expect that on vacation. Great restaurants & activities close by . Would stay again

Breakfast was ok not the best. Staff was not communicating in the manner that I was expecting. I asked for a cabana and was promise call back. They never did! Pool was good for the kids. I would not recommended for families with kids. Not a lot to do! 3/5 stay!!

The staff was very helpful. The restaurant's pricing was high for what you got.

Being able to walk out to the beach from your room was great since parking for public beaches near the hotel are hard to get a spot. The pool on site was warm and in full sun all day, so they could use to cool it during these hottest months. We had planned to eat entirely on site and not leave during our stay but after one meal at the hotel restaurant, we ate every other meal elsewhere. The burgers tasted like frozen patties. The lobster roll had good flavor, but was small and barely any meat on it and I hit crunchy and chewy bits in 2 bites. They place stuffed turtles in the room which excited the kids, but you must pay for them if you wish to keep them. We were NEVER once told that there were free amenities with our daily resort fee. We didn’t get to ride bikes or kayak, because we were never told. We felt ripped off when we found out afterwards. As a local, I wish the hotel would reach out and make up for this! Ultimately we went for 4th of July weekend and we were able to have an amazing view of fireworks from our south facing balcony, and that’s an experience I would consider going for again.
