The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities and restaurant/bar were convenient as well!

The elevator was noisy and jerky when moving. It made me nervous so I ended up using the stairs.

They don’t clean the fridge, it was dirty and old and also rusty. They didn’t turned on the AC, the room was so hot when we get in there.

Breakfast was very good, the onsite restaurant is great and the food fantastic. Great location for easy access to anywhere in the area.

Clean room and bathroom. Budget-friendly. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator was not cold. My 15 yo daughter and I only needed to stay for one night, so it was not a big deal. There was only one usable outlet near the bed, which prevented more than one person to plug anything in next to the bed. My daughter had an issue with that.

It was very good. There was plenty of food and good choices The humidity in the room was bad. The food we had in the room turned soggy. The humidity, not their fault, left the room with a musty smell

Black mold in the window wells. A/C didn't work well and didn't at all in the halls or lobby and breakfast area.

The beds were comfortable and it was pretty clean, but overall, this hotel was very average. I spent about $500 for two one bedroom double queen bed suites. I think that's a bit overpriced for the lack of updates throughout the property. The restaurant was the highlight, with good food and a very friendly waitress (Amaya).

This hotel is in need of a complete remodel and even with that they fell short having clean rooms. There was garbage in each drawer, stains on mattress and furniture and walls. Its very clear my room wasnt cleaned very well. I hope the elevators are up to code, they would shake when in use. The same girl appeared to work 48 hours straight at front desk. She seemed exhausted. The stay was just ok. You get what you pay for. The pool was nice. Hot tub warm, jets a little different. Breakfast was ok. I wouldnt highly recommend.

Very nice room. Spacious. Good restaurant/bar attached so didn't have to drive for dinner.

The room was neat and clean although the property less so. The location is near chain and ethnic restaurants and had a nice pub on the property which offered a discount. I would return because of price and location.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Price not too bad for area and shuttle to Mayo was appreciated.

Everything was clean comfortable...pool was awesome. Loved the full size bath tub only complaints. You could hear cars reving their engines from the highway. And the rude manager. Her appearance was like a late night out. A little shampoo would help. Besides that she was rude and loud to an older customer and a child in the short time I was their. If public humiliation is her thing she gets 5 stars Every person that goes thru those doors have a different story, and a lot is visiting Mayo Clinic... Some good and some bad outcomes. But the last thing they need is an angry bird spewing her anger everywhere Other that Delia the hotel was great!!!
