Could not get a key to open our door. After 5 trips to the front desk the staff came and opened the door. His master key worked. Very frustrating. So basically we had no key to our room.

Clinic access from the Hampton Inn is straightforward. The Hampton Inn was clean and pleasant. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t affect our stay.

We needed a single nights stay and this hotel has worked very well several times. Nice breakfast and soup for an evening meal.

Stayed for softball tournament breakfast was great nice pool area nice seating inside and out room was clean beds were comfortable hotel is well maintained overall good stay for the price

The rooms were a little small and the bathroom door had to be slide open and closed, which my family doesn't like, but the staff was very friendly, the room as clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

When we checked in they had something called "Soup Therapy" in the breakfast area that ran from 6:00pm til 7:00pm. Soup Therapy was complimentary beef stew for all of the guests and it was very good. The breakfast in the morning was the best we had on our 11 day trip. A small Western Omelette with Maple Sausage and Breakfast Potatoes. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Very convenient for our Mayo visit. Great shuttle service. Breakfast is so good and changes daily. Nightly soup is a plus too. Everyone was so nice and accommodating

The rooms were very cheaply refurbished the door locks were a pain and hit the bathroom door. Our room smelled musty and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. We paid the same for a great room at the even hotel a month before and we will not return to the Hampton in̈ again
