From sweet Breck who checked us in and helped us find a room that worked for my husbands wheelchair to the afternoon clerk Josh who helped me heat up our dinner to the helpful lady at check out who helped me switch the charges to another card, everyone was wonderful! There is a reason this property is an award winner every year! They are outstanding! The wall full of award plaques is very indicative of the experience you’ll receive!!

All good

Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and out. The parking lot could be a little bigger.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. My husband and I stayed in a mobility accessible room with roll in shower. We found the room small and difficult for my husband to navigate with his walker. We don’t think a wheelchair would have been able to get around at all. The shower had a seat and was easy for my husband to use, but it was very dark with no overhead light in it.

Staff was very helpful. Told us about Rochester fest which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and everything was kept freshly stocked.

We had a nice stay

This is what it is - an excellent budget hotel with a nice breakfast. Front desk was friendly. Room was entirely adequate.

Bed was comfortable, nice staff, but the property needs a little TLC but the breakfast is pretty good. I wish they had conditioner and not just shampoo. Good for the price overall. I would stay there again (I live out of town and stay for doctors appointments at Mayo)

That staff was AWESOME! The room was clean. They had towels folded into animals. I felt like I was on a cruise. We loved the special things in the room. Plus the cost was a great deal. I will pick this hotel every time I go to this town.

Very quiet room, close to restaurants, shopping and Mayo Clinic

The space feels clean and cared for, like home. I am tired of Choice Hotels breakfast options. Mix it up a bit please. A week on the road and I am glad to be done with those hotel breakfasts!
