The room was ok, excellent location. Upon ck in, rude,obnoxious, ck out, no smile, no thank you, no have a nice day. Find employees that like people and enjoy their jobs. 1st and last impressions are everything.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms amenities and cleanliness, and staff made it worth the stay. We will return if there is ever a need.

The only reason I settled for a score of three versus four; outside our hotel window was a car. This car had an alarm. Every fifteen minutes the alarm on the car would go off. Kept me awake most of the evening.

Plenty of light in the room especially for older people who have trouble seeing. Staff was great and this is the 1st place that carried sugar free syrup which helps especially if you're diabetic.

Beds were comfortable. No chair in room and room was dirty. Something spilled down bathroom and hall door. Lots of traffic and noisy location.

The breakfast was not much. Cereal, oatmeal and waffles was about it but the good news is there is a Perkins just down the street for a real breakfast. Otherwise its a decent place for a cheap stay.

Desk clerk at checkout was extremely rude to another customer. Breakfast was fine. Ok.

When I got off the plane they spraying some kind of spray the pillows were hard smelling main thing I could of fallen no safety bars but Jordan was helpful anyway

Location is good. It’s an older property that could use some work.

Mainly the staff. The lady at the time of my checking out was exceptional. She was so helpful. She went to the extent of helping me to send fax to mayo hospital at no extra cost. I needed this urgently. The lady who checked me in made me to be a bit uncomfortable. I think she must have had a bad experience with black people earlier

Price was good and staff was very helpful. Temp was hard to regulate.
