It was alright AC unit turning on/off not the easiest
-
It was OK for the price. Wasn't the worst and wasn't the best. AC worked good enough and was able to get a good night's rest.

Nothing Front Desk staff isn't honest at all. Tried to force me pay $100 cash which is i paid it with card NOT cash. Try to avoid refund me, etc. Make me feel uncomfortable, and front desk staff did hold my license and refused to give it back to me, told me 8 can have it back when I check out.. I so anger but she give me my license back ASAP. Bed so flat like jail bed.

Beds are way better than super 8 down the road. Hete for construction downtown so checking out places, dated, but good overall.

I had somewhere to sleep in between appointments No pool, no breakfast like it said, accused of smoking weed when we didnt.

Nothing. The smell was terrible and overwhelming. The sheets had stains, and the easy chair and bedskirt had crud on them. The broken bedside table was repaired with painters tape. The fridge was unplugged and warm when we arrived, making it useless for the groceries we had brought. We arranged accomodations at a different hotel and left immediately. The management refused any refund or any written acknowledgement that we were checking out.

Room was spacious and staff was friendly The ordor inside the facility was strong and unpleasant

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had several questions about such things as shuttle to the Mayo, and close restaurants. The young lady answered all the questions and gave us some suggestions. The hotel has a strange odor, somewhat unpleasant when you first walk into your room area. Not sure what it may have been, but definitely not good.

You get what you pay for. Basic room close to shops
-
Price and location ok. It was 30 degrees outside and the rooms had no heat. Hot water heating system. It was freezing. When we checked out, the staff person said that the boiler was off/not working. No heat and sub freezing temperatures

The associates were polite and helpful; whatever we needed or any questions, they were always there to assist us during our stay.

The hotel does not offer breakfast and some travellers might find the decor dated. However it was clean and nuch cheaper than any other hotel bearby. The beds were comfortable and the wi-fi was decent. The shower was nice with plenty of warm water. The toilets could use a stronger flush. Some of the other residents were smoking weed and this could be smelled from our room. Overall though, i booked in for 18 days to recover from surgery. I got the room at a good price and it had everything i needed. Regular room service was provided. If your budget concious then its worth considering

Everything ok

N/A No heat in mid-Spring Minnesota. Standoff'ish reception. Nobody at front desk.

Lower level was good. The bed was comfortable. The floors were clean. Supposed to be a non-smoking room but reeked of smoke! Only one bath towel for two guests. Heater only ran for a minute at a time and took forever to warm up. First key to open building entrance did not work.
