The hotel is a good value and is located in a safe area. There are a lot of places to eat around there and the parkway isn't far. The breakfast offered in the morning is pretty good, too.

Room was great and the staff was kind. Good variety for breakfast.

I have been staying at this particular establishment for over 6 years. It is our go-to place because it is not only affordable, but the rooms are amazing on the second floor inside the building. Everything is so clean. Everything is updated regularly, and it's quiet. I love that it has a living room, a small kitchen, and then a huge separate bedroom with a door that closes. It's literally perfect.

The staff was pleasant, but our stay was disappointing. We booked a one-bedroom suite expecting to use the extra living space, but only the bedroom seemed to have air conditioning. The living room and kitchenette were extremely hot, and with the extreme temperatures outside, those areas were essentially unusable. We spent almost the entire stay in the bedroom because the rest of the suite was unbearably hot. I hope this was a maintenance issue rather than the way the suites are designed, because it significantly affected our stay.

There for appointment with Mayo Clinic. So didn't use the amenities but were very helpful with the shuttle and just very kind.

The room was pleasantly big and we especially liked that there was a door to the bedroom since my daughter stayed in the living room area on the pull-out couch. We were able to shut the door in between the two areas. The refrigerator was especially helpful since we were traveling and had refrigerated and freezer items we brought with us. The extra sink and countertop in the bedroom area were great as well . It seemed like the countertops and maybe some of the light pictures have been recently updated. The hotel breakfast was really good. It had biscuits and gravy, waffles and croissant breakfast sandwiches as well as the regular Continental breakfast items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that our room looked out into an area filled with grass and trees. It was much better than looking out onto a parking lot. It seemed clean as well. I thought it was excellent quality for the price.

Syaff and management eprk really well to maintain the property, clean, professional, and good location, breakfast is good!

Everything is spotless and in order, even the breakfast buffet. I stayed in the same business suite I did a year ago, and it looks like they did a refresh and replaced the carpeting. Really beautiful. I highly recommend.

Loved the space. The staff were great. I left my kindle and they were great about saving it for me to pick up on my trip back home. The breakfast was good. Would stay there again if I go back to Rochester.

Work more for the guest.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the bed spread had lots of bad stains.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, cabinetry was dated, but functionally. Guest laundry and vending machines we out of order.
