We loved this hotel. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is very close to two major hospitals and we never heard any ambulances or anything.

The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed having a variety of options for breakfast. The room fridge didn’t keep our food very cold and water temperature for showering didn’t get very hot.

Room was dated and waste can had not been emptied. Front desk staff were not especially helpful.

I liked that my room was clean everyday, staff were nice and polite. Location was close to my meeting venue. Restaurants was nice too My room looked very old, did not like the shower, my bed the furnitures. It looked like I was in a Nursing Home every funiture screamed outdated. It was so dark and dull. Needs overhaul renovation. The break fastbwould have been good but it was cold. The scrambled eggs I got was very cold I could not eat it. I didn't go back the next day. Breakfast was one of the reasons I picked this hotel and I did not enjoy it.

Staff excellent Breakfast ok Only thing the recliner was missing a bolt somebody replaced it with a zip tie. Should fix for next time. Everything else is very good thank you

On a previous occasion when I stayed at the hotel I left behind some pajamas, which staff located and returned to me! AWESOME!!! Only thing to mention is that bathtub drained VERY slowly--after my shower.

The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available. If you’re looking for a practical, affordable place to stay close to Mayo Clinic rather than a destination resort, this is a solid choice. I’d stay here again for the convenience alone.

Excellent suite with Murphy Bed. Classic well kept interior. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic was very prompt and staff was extremely accommodating. So friendly and happy. Breakfast was the usual eggs ,sausage, biscuits and gravy and breakfast entrees. Great place without any fluff. No unneeded BLING!
