Centerstone Plaza Hotel Soldiers Field - Mayo Clinic Area

Stayed for Mayo visit. Front desk staff and shuttle driver were fantastic. Room was very dated and in need of update, especially mattresses. Breakfast was better than expected. Overall had decent stay.

Very pet friendly. Grounds are clean of dog waste. They provide clean up bags. Room was clean and didn’t stink. A/C was noisy but functional. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location for a visit to Mayo, within walking distance, which I would totally recommend rather than navigating a car in that craziness. The Twigs Bar and Restaurant were delicious and the outdoor patio was lovely.

Great experience. Close to the Mayo Clinic. Shuttle was great getting us to and from appointments. Will definitely stay here again!

Needs an update. Our room had a damp, musty smell.

Nice hotel in a great location. They had patio dining. We didn’t get a chance to eat there but would like to the next time we’re in the area. Customer service was excellent! I had an early flight which they accommodated and let me check in early and I was able to take a long nap. Hotel could use a renovation but then rates would be a lot higher. The room was clean and that was what counted the most. The air freshener on the 2nd floor was a little strong for my liking. They had a nice selection for breakfast which was complimentary. The breakfast area was spacious with plenty of room to eat. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Angel Front desk agent was very helpful and friendly.

The room was ok. The bathroom was too small. The carpet was damp. Make sure to wear shoes. One chair in the room was dirty looking.

The shuttle to Mayo and St Mary's was super convenient and reliable.

The restaurant and location Far too old with little to no updates or improvements Air conditioning fans lights furniture I could go on

The smells in the hallways were hard to handle and air-conditioning extremely loud

I was very happy with staying here. They welcomed me and my cat no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you need to get any work done or even be entertained, this hotel had the worst wi-fi experience that I have seen. It was extremely slow. Also, the phone signal from Verizon was extremely weak as well.

Staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and updated in the main tower. My favorite part was the shuttle service and drivers. Each one of them were so very helpful.! The extended Suites or nice and clean, but they need updating.

The staff was great, location was great, shuttle and free breakfast were appreciated and very convenient. Our room- especially the shower could have been a little more updated and cleaner. It wasn’t bad enough to stop us from staying again, but could have been nicer.

Overall a nice stay. The property itself is a bit dated; guest rooms can used a modern renovation.

As a solo female traveler, the hotel felt safe, had a great warm breakfast and in decent location.

Having to walk a lot to get to the pool.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel was very nice within walking distance to the clinic I been there 3 times and I enjoyed my stay I will come back there if I go back to Rochester
