Centerstone Plaza Hotel Soldiers Field - Mayo Clinic Area

The rooms smell so bad - old smoke or something like that. The pillows are like a blow up pillow, the sheets and towels are so scratchy and stiff. Would never stay her again. Called for the shuttle which never came had to walk in the rain to get back to our hotel. Twiggs outside is the only thing about this place I would go to again.

Staff was super helpful, has a really good breakfast . There is a nice restaurant and bar attached to hotel. Food was great and reasonable.

I loved almost everything— the staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The WiFi unfortunately didn’t work consistently from the building that I was in, and the TV remote did not work properly.

Dirty at the pool. Ants on the floor. Room was not really clean.

The experience here is wonderful as are all the staff. A special shout out to Q, as he really helped me with navigating the traffic at Mayo. I really liked it because I could walk to everything. While the decor could use a bit of freshening up, the staff, location, and amenities made up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

The shuttle is a huge time and money saver. The motel is very well run and maintained by a friendly and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Also very convenient having the restaurant Twiggs attached to the hotel. Good food and good service. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and within walking distance of where I was going.

The property was great, swim pool was nice. Arcade needs some work and repairs guy to come but that was ok. Staff nice and the room was clean and comfy.

This hotel is a great choice if you're needing to stay for the Mayo. It's close but not too close, making it overly expensive. Staff was beyond amazing, from the front desk to the shuttle driver. Decent continental breakfast and the attached restaurant was delightful. I walked the neighborhood daily and what a beautiful location.

Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. There were staff sleeping in chairs in front of the elevators on the lobby level. The air conditioner was so loud!!

Very convenient location. The courtesy shuttle to mayo was great. The buffet breakfast left a little to be desired. Food was cold the first day. The hotel was clean. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable.

My visit overall was excellent. The staff are so kind and helpful. The shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic made it so easy to get to my appointments on time and back to the hotel after a long day. The gluten free menu at the restaurant, Twigs, was the best and most extensive I've ever seen, and I've been gluten free for 15 years! The kitchen is set up to safeguard against cross contamination so it's safe for those with Celiacs. I wish there was one back home! I will be returning to Mayo and have already scheduled my stay at Centerstone.

Horrible. Pulled back comforter to find hair in between sheets and could tell the bedding had not been change (have pictures as proof}. Front desk did not seen surprised when I informed them. Just asked if I would like a different room. Mattress was the worst. Very busy hotel. I feel they are just taking advantage of people instead of keeping the hotel in a least resonable shape.
