Enjoyable stay. Nice restaurant. Close to civic center. Shuttle is a real nice extra. Respectful staff. Dated physically, lots of traffic with Mayo near bye. They seem to own near by buildings as well.

The vocation of the property was excellent for accessing the Clinics at Mayo. It was really nice to have an on-site restaurant. However, the property is very dated. The window, Air Conditioner roared. The bed sagged dramatically on one side. There were limited electrical outlets and charging stations. The room interior was very dark. We did enjoy a nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel overall was nice but the rooms could certainly use an update.

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, and the room was very clean. Incredibly convenient location for a visit to Mayo. They even have a free shuttle to the hospital. The carpet in our room was in need of an update, but based on how well the property in general is maintained, I have a feeling that will happen soon. We will definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location. Excellent staff. Took 3 rooms to get a room. Room temperature hard to maintain. Extremely small bathroom. Exercise equipment old and not maintained.

Booked a single king, at check in we were told it’s not available due to overbooking. Was put in room with 2 queens. Room was fairly clean but very worn.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast staff stood around talking in Spanish, as if they didn't have enough to keep themselves busy. One of the gals was following the other like a lost puppy dog. Not sure if she actually belonged mingling in the breakfast area. If they want to close, they should start removing items which would be a good clue that the breakfast area is closed. Also lacked signage regarding the hours.

Hotel was mostly clean. However the plates that were in the kitchen were put away dirty. There were dishwater’s pods available but no regular dish soap. The room was otherwise clean. It was just a 1 night stay, overall it was pretty good

Bathroom ceiling leaked all over the bathroom counter. We had to lay bath towels everywhere in the bathroom to catch the water coming from the ceiling. We complained/told the front desk and it was not really a concern for them. Will NOT ever stay here again!!!
