I was there for 3 days. Housekeeping came by once. And even with asking multiple times I never got any towels. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Like bro that’s literally the bare minimum. Also the shower has so partition and no gradient in the floor to help drain so every shower gets a nice little flood in the whole bathroom. A+ engineering. The dudes at the front desk were nice though mostly.

Breakfast apologies paper cups at place nothing scrub your legs not even my dog it store. Also they do have a two big dogs in their room next to me and they were barking all night.

Liked that they had wheelchairs available. Disliked loud train whistles at 9pm and 5:50am! Also a fair amount of traffic noise could be heard (on 4th floor facing Civic Center Blvd.). Indoor parking lot is small and full at peak times. Had to park 1.5 blocks away.

This place will be my cozy retreat whenever I’m in Rochester. I had such a wonderful time during my 9-day visit! Jenni and Johnny (aka Johnny Cash) were incredibly kind and always ready to lend a hand. When navigating health issues a friendly face and helpful staff and feeling as though you matter changes everything. Breakfast items changed everyday and were tasty, but my favorite part had to be the evening soup Mon - Thu at 5:30p while supplies last. LOL

Please never use this facility for me! Parking is extremely poor and I was left standing on a dark, unsafe street trying to collect my things to check in. I never want to stay here again. I have reported this before and yet was once again booked to stay here

Hotel was within walking distance for some Mayo appointments and had a shuttle for other appointments. Very nice staff. Loved the pool and hot tub.

The staff were awesome and extremely helpful! We had a handicapped accessible room on main floor with a perfect bathroom for our needs. We did experience some A/C problems, but they were immediately responsive to our needs. The staff felt like family and were so helpful to us in so many ways! Definitely recommend and will stay here again when our situation allows.
