Great location, 5 minute walk to Mayo. Great pillows, cold AC! Both very important to us. 4th floor patio is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also very good. Forgot to mention, with all of the construction around Mayo, this place was super easy to get in and out of.

Staff here were very friendly and kind; our son was seen at Mayo Clinic and we were running late to do our check out but we called and asked if we could move it up to another hour and they were kind enough to say yes and that made this trip easier and stress free. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here prior to appt at Mayo just 5 minutes away. Great location north of the Clinic. Hotel offers shuttle service to Gonda Bldg and St. Mary’s., very helpful either construction, Easy walk to dwtn area. Fresh breakfast and friendly checkin.

Easy place to get to; helpful staff. We had a large room. The hotel was quiet. Hot tub out of order and our room was ovwrlooking the train track which, unfortunately, had a train come through in the middle of the night and woke us all up. It had a nice terrace on our floor for relaxing.

This property has a good location and since it’s newer, that’s an added bonus. They have a complimentary, elevated breakfast which is great.

Super place for Mayo Clinic visits. On the Pink Shuttle Route, 5 minutes to the Mayo Bldg, good breakfast, helpful staff. Good pizza place across the street. Don’t order packages to be delivered there, unless you are sure you will be there to pick them up. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Walking distance to clinic Hot tub out of order, dog poo on floor, faucet in shower wasn't attached to wall, elevator required card and no one told us we had to use room key at check in.

The "free soup at night" was not happening, nor the bar area. We were here for a full week, they were never available. Room was not serviced or resupplied our whole stay. Our carpet seemed damp and our socks were black on the bottom if we took off our shoes. Bathroom was very nice and very clean. Bedding was okay, mattresses were saggy.

Close to Mayo, breakfast and parking was easy. Our room wasnt quite as nice as the first time we came. Walls had marks on them, many. Was toilet paper in the toilet. Wasn't quite as kept up. We came a week before and had the same floor plans, beds, sofa. Price was higher this time.

The check was made very easy by Cody. He was very helpful and checked us in as soon as we arrived which was well before check-in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
