The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only down side was the onsite Guest Laundry was no working. It was an inconvenience to try and find a laundry mat when my stay was unexpectedly extended.

Wifi kept disconnecting and the staff response initially said it works fine for me. It took 2 days to correct

Room had water stains on the ceiling and part of the sheetrock tape was coming down. The couch in the room was stained really bad and the towels didn't appear to be clean. The beds and bedding looked fine along with the carpet. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. I would look for a different place next time.

The hotel has modern decor. Free breakfast. Easy check in. Only complaint is we had no hand soap, no shampoo, no body wash. We asked the desk man and the staff filled 2 of the 3

Breakfast service was unwelcoming. Items were not getting replenished. People were eating and the servers just started shutting down and taking all the amenities away just because they were 10 mins to close. Sorry service without management oversight and control. Will not stay here again

Beds were comfortable. The king suite had stains on the couch as well as stains on the check in couches. Overall it was priced cheap and could just use some cleaning and stain removal.

Stuffy, rooms. Clean, yes, but signs of water damage such as peeling drywall tape.

Furniture, including chairs, was comfortable. The top 2 drawers in the bureau were broken. We had to tape one corner shut to keep the drawer from gliding open. Breakfast was good.

Everything was good. Just wish the breakfast was available a little later. By time I got back from my 6 am PET scan at Mayo clinic I had 10 minutes to have breakfast.

They help make your stay quiet and relaxing. It’s very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I was going to Mayo and the shuttle is very nice and convenient so you don’t have to pay or drive down there. I’ve stayed at this location several times and I always go back because they take care of the guests.
