Furniture, including chairs, was comfortable. The top 2 drawers in the bureau were broken. We had to tape one corner shut to keep the drawer from gliding open. Breakfast was good.

Everything was good. Just wish the breakfast was available a little later. By time I got back from my 6 am PET scan at Mayo clinic I had 10 minutes to have breakfast.

They help make your stay quiet and relaxing. It’s very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I was going to Mayo and the shuttle is very nice and convenient so you don’t have to pay or drive down there. I’ve stayed at this location several times and I always go back because they take care of the guests.

Location was good and convenient. Our stay was ok but definitely needs new furnishings. Furniture was worn in main lobby, the pool area and in our room. There were major stains on window curtain, stains on sofa bed and a couple of our towels. That was disappointing. Staff was good but I don't know if that could make up for the rest of the not so good things.

My go to hotel in Rochester now. Always excellent in all areas
-
The pool and hot tub area were delightful! I also loved that there was a restaurant in walking distance. The room was clean and comfy.
-
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! My only complaint could be about the birds that were nesting around the entrance and walking around bird droppings.

Location We like the property, our bathroom could have been alittle better cleaned

Very nice overall.

Good location There were no issues

The mattress on the bed was well used. A dip in the middle. 😏 The shower/tub in the bathroom was slippery when using the shower. My husband almost fell. There was no closet. However, it was quiet and the staff was very gracious. We will stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Need 1% milk - not just whole milk. The juice machine was not working well - had 2 out of the 4 drinks not working. We had constant issues with our room keys - had to go to front desk about everyday we were there. Bird nests under the covering of the front door. Not healthy - birds pooping and flying in and out. The front door cement was not a smooth transition when loading/unloading your car - the carts got stuck on the uneven concrete. Unsafe button for the elevator - wires were exposed. Our door to the room would not shut all the way until we pushed or pulled it shut.

We love the location of this hotel, right next to a movie theatre, Target, restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that we look forward to using the hot tubs while we are in hotels and the pool area had such a strong smell of chlorine that we weren't able to stay in the pool area for long. If using a pool and hot tub isn't a priority, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I never have a problem staying here when I have to go to Mayo Clinic.
-
There was dust coating the walls. The cabinet holding the fridge had water damage with black spots all over it. The curtains were ripped, and the rods were broken. There was something splattered on the ceiling, and the room had a musty smell. On the main floor, there was obvious water damage on the ceilings with multiple large yellow stains

Breakfast was just like any other hotel.
-
We would definitely stay here again. The only reasons I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is, I would have liked the breakfast buffet to not run out of eggs with an hour left and I’d like the elevator to be cleaner.

Breakfast was good and coffee never ran dry.
