Spark by Hilton Rochester South

The amenities were clean, well kept and welcoming. The outside courtyard was a bonus for our group to gather for happy hour. The wine, beer, nachos and popcorn were nice touch! Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold chooses. Downside - the morning clerk was not friendly at all. Everyone in our group were put off by her attitude. No smile. She refuses to print our receipts. I have booked 18 stays at various hotels in different chains and different states and this is the first who refused to morning for us. You don’t want that attitude when leaving. A friendly, “come again” is the correct goodbye.

The room was clean and set up nicely you could however tell a dog had stayed sometime before. But no big deal. The breakfast bar was a bit lacking in the hot food department but was still efficient! The coffee was hot and the staff was great!!

This is a very nice place to stay. No issues and no complaints!

We had no issues. The breakfast looked sparse and light but we did not expect more than was there for the price.

And a lot of people have their dogs and the rooms smell like dog-which many economy hotels do now. The breakfast has no hot food: Bagels, packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt machine.

It was clean and employees were helpful.

Even cable wound be better than what they have.

Second time to stay here. Both times excellent and if we return we will stay here once more.

The toilet did not flush. Disappointing

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was clean, pool was great.

This was overall a solid stay but there was a lot of detail cleaning needed especially in corners of the bathroom, toilet, and power outlets. Overall pretty clean and comfortable and not a bad option

Everything was great except lack of cups in the room.

Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited to boiled eggs, bagles , muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. The food area was clean and well stocked. The only thing that threw up any flags was upon arriving, close to the entrance, it looked like garbage leakage spots on the concrete and there were loose items here and there (like used q-tips, cigarettes butts, bits of paper) I just think the sidewalk could use a little bit of attention and maybe some pressure washing. Other than that, everything else looked good. We would stay here again.

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast

It didn’t appear that anyone vacuumed. There was a plastic burger container on the floor by the garbage can. There was popcorn on the floor, and other debris by one of the beds.

Beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. AC was cold. Room was clean. Slightly underwhelmed by the breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

It's was nice trip

Everything was organized and inviting

My only complaint is the breakfast consisted of only cold, hard boiled eggs, still in the shell that were impossible to peel.
