Our room had plenty of space and was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Good breakfast choices for on the go or sit down. Ample parking close to the entrance. The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. The back door, close to our room, had a sign that read “open 24 hours with key card”, but it locked and wouldn’t open with our key cards when we were bringing bags to our car in the morning. The man at the front desk told us it didn’t open till 8:00 am and the sign shouldn’t have been there. We had appointments at Mayo Clinic at 6;45 am, so loading our stuff into the car before we left was difficult because we couldn’t get back in the building with our key cards. If the sign was there and said 24 hour access with key card, then that’s what should happen for paying guests. The man at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant and was quite rude about the situation.

It was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Zero help from staff, unacceptable room conditions, and absolutely not worth the cost. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Three complaints to hotel staff and zero help or improvements. Sold out hotel left no opportunity for a new room. Terrible hotel.
