Room was not clean disappointed ☹️

Room was clean, staff helpful, bathroom a little small. Breakfast pretty decent. Nice location with good restaurants near by.

The staff there are what really makes the hotel stand out in my opinion. I used to live in hotels while i was looking for places and I’ve seen them all! This place was significantly different in that the staff were so helpful to my son and I after our flight got canceled… I called them up and they kept our first room for us and made sure to clean another room and check us into that room early… at no extra charge… they also have a wonderful breakfast, I felt safe in that area while visiting, the property could use more upkeep… but the customer service is what mattered the most when we were stranded and I was panicking with a child, they were on top of their game!!!! Also great AC system which is super important to me also

Clean, comfortable, well-supplied room. Friendly, kind staff. Some excellent breakfast choices, but no yogurt available most days. No whole grain bread items, Poor quality fresh fruit. Good parking. Good gym. No 5-pound weights.

We stayed with our family for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the hotel has great potential for a longer stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, there was a full-time coffee bar and cookies available in the lobby at all times. Parking was free, although the lot was a bit challenging to navigate. Conveniently, the hotel is located right next to two family-friendly restaurants: Applebee's and Olive Garden. The first staff member we encountered during check-in was very pleasant. We had three children in our room, which had two queen beds, so we asked if a rollaway bed was available. He looked for one but unfortunately, none were available. He was very professional and nice throughout our interaction. We also requested extra pillows, and he told us to let him know when we returned from our event, and he would bring them to our room. When we returned late, around 11 PM, I called the front desk to request extra pillows. The lady who answered sounded annoyed and insisted that I needed to come to the front desk to collect them. Although we were already in our pajamas, I went down anyway. When I arrived, she rudely asked, “How many people are in your room, anyway?” I was taken aback by her tone, especially since we had listed everyone staying in our room when we booked, and a previous staff member had been very pleasant. Her attitude was unexpected, and she treated my request for pillows as if it were a significant inconvenience to her. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance the next day, which was disappointing. We had specifically checked that the hotel had a pool and that it was open before selecting our room. Overall, our visit was brief, so it was fine despite these issues.

A great place to stay. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that is was looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it has been removed.

Room were comfortable and spacious Bed is very comfortable the hotel was full , Monday morning They ran out of breakfast food ( eggs / sausages etc around 8:40 am . We did notify the reception and the person responsible for breakfast . But The lady responsible for breakfast was quite rude ,she waited till 8:50 to address the guests she said “ we stop making new food at 8:45 . We made enough already!! Not sure enough based on what ? They had so many guests that day . It was fully booked . So many guest were trying to get something to eat At exactly 9 am She was even went to remove all left items such as bread muffins from buffet and locked the yogurt fridge . Was actually rude to some guests in front of me.

Our room 229 had this awful disgusting odor that I didn’t notice until we went to bed. It was almost a chemical smell that just lingered the entire night which was only 1 night so no sleep for me. In the morning I let the staff know which she right away followed me back to room to check. She noticed the odor as soon as she entered room and immediately phoned her supervisor who was out of town. I’m calling Monday to see what they can do to compensate. I was assured that they would make it right. Staff was friendly and place was clean, just this weird odor…..
