Nice play the stay overnight! Clean and friendly staff service!

A great place to stay. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that is was looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it has been removed.

Our room 229 had this awful disgusting odor that I didn’t notice until we went to bed. It was almost a chemical smell that just lingered the entire night which was only 1 night so no sleep for me. In the morning I let the staff know which she right away followed me back to room to check. She noticed the odor as soon as she entered room and immediately phoned her supervisor who was out of town. I’m calling Monday to see what they can do to compensate. I was assured that they would make it right. Staff was friendly and place was clean, just this weird odor…..

Pool wa

Breakfast was good, including coffee, and all staff very helpful. Hotel needs a new public computer - it's old and all sorts of issues occurred trying to get access, plus no chair at the computer. Staff let me use the office computer for medical info that was needed. Shower curtain not wide enough and toilet could use a soft close seat. Sadly, Marriott along with other well known hotels in multiple states need updating, which makes traveling less enjoyable.

The room was nice and the location is parklike, but the hotel itself was in need of cleaning. We felt like this hotel was being used by displaced people in need of long term lodging.

Breakfast Cooking staff was attentive. Lady saw they had run out of milk for cereal and she brought us fresh milk.

The rooms could have been cleaner

I was traveling with my kids, we we're all excited to use the pool. The pool was cloudy and green and my kids wouldn't go in it. Overall the rest or the hotel and the room were ok. The bedding didnt look the cleanest with some spots and hair, Had black hairs on the clean towels. Staff we're very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Everything was excellent. My only complaint was that the pool water was a bit too cold

I could not reach the hotel and asked for cancellation. They refused. 250 dollars were so important to them.

Room was filled with little hairs. In the shower and around the room. Hallway smelled horrible, most likely from then wet ceiling tiles. Staff was attentive and great, just the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Great stay.

Great experience

There was also a problem with the shower faucet...it was so loose it was alarming but it did work ok. I was disappointed that the oatmeal offered was just packets you added hot water to, but they had other hot items that were fine. The staff were helpful.
