Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester West/Greece

Staff an the hot tub dirty in my room the stove did not work the 🚻 nothing work the flooring with water it was a nightmare 🙃 😑 😫 😐

Wonderful

Room was clean. We were able to check in early which was great after a long ride :) Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice, a lot to choose from. Also had a few places to eat with in walking distance . Stores near by. nice pool and gym

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Good hotel. Breakfast was ok, but typical Marriott fare--scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Nothing remarkable, but sufficient.

Our room was very comfortable Everything was immaculate. The person who was cleaning the brooms, but had not been assigned to our room was extremely helpful while her English is limited. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. I was very appreciative. We were not able to work our television, and there were not enough outlets on either side of the bed small things.

This property is beautiful. The room and amenities were great. We really enjoyed the room space and pool. The only complaint we had was the smell on our floor. I realize people are cooking I. The rooms but it was a very unpleasant smell throughout the entire floor.

This place is top tier, will absolutely go here again if we find ourselves in Rochester

Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at yet in Rochester area! Was like a little 1bdrm apt.
