Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester West/Greece

Superb

Comfortable beds, good lighting. Accommodating staff.

Breakfast options were pretty good enough. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

front desk staff weren’t very accommodating, my family booked for 2 separate rooms and were initially told only reservation was found even though i had the confirmation showing 2 rooms reserved. we were given no suggestions on how to proceed except. my fiancé figured out how to find the second reservation with no help from staff . once checking was finished my family enjoyed our stay .

Staff was helpful. Building layiut.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good a great coffee

Very good

The king bed being right by the bathroom with no door.

Simple check-in with very helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was good for continental style. The room was clean and well maintained.

Very rude staff!! Worst I've ever been treated while traveling.

Wonderful property. Great room, even though somehow we were put into a handicap room. Great breakfast with several choices. Just wish the hot tub would have been hotter. It was barely tepid.

Quiet! Clean room. Pool and hot tub were great!

Chemical burn on all children and husband who utilized the pool area. Clean suite aside from pink mold in one shower, other than that the suite was very nice and perfect for families. This may have been a miss due to poor pH conditions of the pool, but we had to leave early and miss the breakfast to further handle the chemical burns as we did not sleep that night due to them. If you avoid the pool area- suite is 9/10. If you’re utilizing the pool, make sure it’s after this review is processed in hopes they fix this issue. Have pictures of burned children and mold.

I booked a handicapped accessible suit because I have mobility issues and need and accessible bathroom. This bathroom did have a roll in shower, a seat, and a handheld showerhead, however the floor is poorly graded, and the ENTIRE tiled bathroom filled with an inch of water making it extremely slippery and dangerous. When I told the front desk about it, they simply gave me more towels. But I will tell you that there is not a number of towels that could create a barrier to prevent it. This bathroom is unusable. Not accessible if a shower is required during your stay.
