I can’t believe Expedia does business with these people. The staff are rude. The place is nothing like the pictures it’s dirty and dated. Actually shameful. Guests who had booked arrived and no rooms available. The police showed up this past Saturday as the desk clerk just left and went to a party. Room smelled like bleach and the a/c didn’t work well. Old cars lying out the front of the property.

First of all, I had originally reservations for a Motel 6 in Rochester, and they were overbooked 48 times. They tell us to go to the one in Greece, because they have rooms available. When we get to the other motel 6, she never transfered our reservations. There were people hanging out in the front of the hotel all night with loud music in the car. They looked like drug dealers and drug addicts hanging all around the property. The room floors were so nasty and sticky, mold in the bathroom, the 2 burners on the electric stove were full of rust, it smelled so bad, and the bed was nasty too. I wouldn't recommend any of the motel 6 in those areas.

Arrived late night to an abandoned front desk and a telephone number posted only to learn they had no rooms left (despite a prepaid reservation!!!) due to a housekeeping issue days prior. Inexcusable!!!!!
-
Worst experience and they have not refunded the amount as they cancelled it because the room i booked was not available. They said they will refund it but they dint do it yet
-
There was no hot water. Working on getting a refund for the remainder of the weekend due to needing to find another hotel
-
Used as a homeless shelter and motel 6 . Warnings of evictions on walls .
-
Never got my money back and the place looked like a halfway house.

The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price.

It’s going to be close by the City, and we went there 2 days prior closing

The building was condemned when I arrived for permanent closure by the town the day after my no refund booking ended. The front windows were broken out, the building smelled horrible, they clearly never had any desire to clean, and nobody could be found when I went to leave. I opted to pay for another hotel and eat the cost of this one. Bright side... nobody will be staying there after today again anyways.

Unhealthy, dirty, smelly, all bad things.

I booked a reservation for my granddaughter who was traveling from Alaska with two small children and when she got there they said the reservation was canceled with no explanation and she had to take an Uber to some place where they were available. she says the place was horrible. the staff was horrible. it was dirty and all kinds of riff Raff all around there. she said she would never have stayed there. anyway, please do not go there and by the way they charged me for her stay when she didn't even stay and I

check in was 3PM, we finally got our rooms at 9:30 PM

Don’t waste your time absolutely disgusting. Places wasn’t cleaned what so ever
-
Counter surfaces and questionably clean bedding. Neither room had cooking utensils as advertised. The entire building smelled of marijuanna. A full refund was given and reservation cancelled.
-
Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise. Nice decent size room but kinda filthy. Management for room condition is poor. If you happen to be in this hotel, make sure you bring tons of clorux wipes.

Hotel was very dirty and everything in the room was damaged. Strong smell of smoke and mold. Room had one towel.
