Everything was really clean and good

The room can be a bit noisy if it faces the highway. I also wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed, as it was very uncomfortable and quite loud. Overall, the room didn’t feel very clean. The breakfast was just okay, with only boiled eggs and bagels as the main options. Parking was very convenient

Staff were helpful and friendly.

I picked this hotel over a few other for a couple of reasons. We were going specifically for the purpose of shopping. The location wasn't horrible, but there are other properties that are in more convenient locations to the main shopping area. The second reason was that breakfast was included....which it is....but the choices were very limited and basic. No hot food or even a waffle maker for the kids. It was very lackluster and disappointing. Staff is not the friendliest either. There is lots of parking though!

Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Hotel had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Super happy with our stay!

The only significant concern was that the room had a noticeable damp, musty smell. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but unfortunately no alternative was available. When I mentioned the issue, the staff promptly provided an air freshener spray, which suggested they were aware of the concern and were trying to help. However, I was unable to use it because the fragrance was too strong for my preference. Overall, the staff were courteous, but I hope the hotel is able to address the underlying cause of the odor, as resolving it would greatly improve the guest experience.

So I left my suitcase at the front desk and told the agent that my wife would be arriving after me and would check in. However, she had a difficult time when she arrived.

Il n'y a pas de piscine malgre la photo de la piscine sur le site de l'hôtel. L'odeur à l'intérieur de la chambre était désagréable, la literie sentait mauvais. Déjeuner très ordinaire. Prix élever pour la chambre pour l'ensemble du séjour.

I was a walk in reservation due to my previous hotel canceling my reservation without notice. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly which I appreciated. The hotel was clean, well decorated and modern. The beds were comfy and loved the tea and coffee always being available. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe here and would stay again.

Bathroom tub was clogged. No one was present at the front desk to inform about it.

The hotel was clean and mostly updated (our bathroom was older). Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were simple but good. There were bagels, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs and juice.
