Hotel is updated, comfortable bed My room was not clean- dirty coffee maker and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Walls are think so hearing the person next door playing music and on the phone at 1am was hard to drown out

Really unfortunate incident where a person came to my door and said she was looking for “Mariah”she needed to see my face. I was in my pajamas. Not my name. She was rude and acted like I had done something bad. I am a middle aged woman who had already paid for my room. She said there was a person with a similar name to mine and a they thought I was here. Yes it was mix up but no apology of any kind. It was really a bad experience. I wrote Marriott and didn’t get a response. Nice new hotel but that was ghetto -

Brand new Hotel. Super clean, comfortable and nice. Nice warm breakfast. Staff is kind, polite and very helpful. Used it as a base to see Letchworth, Robert Treman and Taughannock state parks. Was perfect.

New and clean. Finally a hotel where they got rid of the bath tab replacing it with a modern shower cabin. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Mini kitchen had everything you may need for a longer stay including a decent size refrigerator with a freezer. The breakfast was okay. There is no swimming pool, but there are a few EV chargers.
