Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester

We were an hour early due to a schedule change that was out of our control. The lady at front desk helped us get into our room so we could make our event. She did not have to do that, and she went out of her way to help us. I really appreciated it.

The room looked clean on the outside but upon going on the bed there were stains everywhere. I called the front desk and instead of changing the sheets, they gave me one two new flat sheet, one for each bed, we were already tired from the day and didn't want to spend the energy changing our own bedsheets that should've been clean to begin with. The stains on the bed were not only on the flat sheet but bed sheet, duvet and the undersheet between the duvet and flat sheet. The staff was also not apological of the stainsheet. Not only that, but on the reservation I put three people in the room, I expected at least three sets of towels for three people but there were only one, I had to call the front desk to deliver more towel. The dirty sheets made the stay unbearable as it made me self conscious of the cleanness of the whole room. Though the room was well air condition and parking had no issue the staff indifferent to customer's well being made the whole experience terrible.

Nice room, nice to have mini fridge and microwave. No elevator but ample stair entrances. Breakfast was fine and staff was nice.

Solid place to crash a night or two

The whole place smelled of chemicals, the breakfast was inedible, and the WiFi was so bad I had to stay in the lobby to use it.

Only one person was managing the breakfast area, and we constantly had to ask for things that had run out. I would not stay here again.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was very clean. There was the smell of Marijuana in the hallway and some of the staff was not so friendly.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was a strange smell in the hallway. Also, the breakfast was exactly the same every day, so it would be nice to have a little more variety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Definitely an older condition hotel that has been slightly upgraded over time. Rooms were small but well maintained and very clean. The bed did droop at a decline so it was difficult to sleep. Great location and great place to stay for a night.

The stay was ok considering the low room rate. Toilet didn't work which was quite unpleasant.

If in case coffee dispensers are not available put a little coffee machine for convenience because all guest like to have some coffee in breakfast..

It met my requirements for a hotel. The free breakfast was a huge plus.

The room and the public areas are very clean. The laundry area is just a little dirty for a hotel, but it is not too bad.The breakfast is very good and has everything you want. However, I stayed in a connecting room, and the acoustics are not good. At 11 PM, when I was ready to sleep, my neighbor started talking loudly on the phone on speakerphone.He was also banging things around and making a lot of noise. That was the only bad part of my stay. I would love to come back again.
