I regret to say that the room was not in a state of comfort. The bathroom was very dirty, hair everywhere, and the shower floor was dirty enough to where sandals needed to be worn to tolerate it. When the bathroom fan was turned on the room smelled like marijuana. The air conditioning had a distinct smell and was extremely loud. The floors were sticky and dirty in the room. There was no wifi in the room. We checked out early and the hotel is claiming they have no formal record of us doing so. They are also claiming no one remembers the complaint(s). Very disappointing.

Very cheap materials used to build, banged up and ill fitting doors, leaky plumbing, slippery shower flooring. Paper thin walls. Was there 3 nights and there was no maid service at any time, staff was almost non - existent. Breakfast area was way too small, food was cold. Beds were comfy, but that was the only good thing. Do not recommend.

At about 4 am a car pulled up into the parking area and played loud rap music for about 25 minutes. So our sleep was disturbed by both the running toilet and the music. We we reported this the next morning on check-out there was no "I am sorry to hear that, no thank you for letting us know." Same person. We travel to the area every year and we will avoid this place. It's not like there is a shortage of hotels in the area.

Gross place

My big issue, is that at 1:00 in the morning I heard a TV blaring which I assumed was one of my fellow travelers. It got so loud that I had to get up, get dressed, and as I headed to the front desk I realized it was the night manager watching TV. So loud that from the lobby I could hear it in my room! I don't care what they do to kill time while they're on the job, but I paid for a room and their entertainment is not part of the deal. They want to blare the TV? They should do it at their own house. That shows a 100% lack of respect for the paying guests.

I only spent a night here but there were a few things that weren’t in the best condition. There is no elevator in this hotel and while I don’t have any mobility issues, the stairs to the second floor were worse for wear (carpet stained, detritus on the steps). Inside the room was perfectly fine except that there was no hand soap because someone mistakenly put two bottles of lotion on the wall instead of lotion and hand soap. So I had to use the body wash to wash my hands.

Amazingly Clean!!!

Generally the hotel is very good at this price point. All the others in the area are what one could call welfare hotels...The Baymont however is very clean and smells fresh. There are no long term tenants, no signs of drug activity etc. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. I was there during the work week for about a month. Each room has a nice desk space for working. Downside, poor internet, not enough bandwidth, even close to the front desk. A few rooms had constant noise even at night from the ice machine installed in guest room hallway vs the snack/vending machine area? Each room I stayed in had its own little problems. Outlets don't work next to the bed unless the lights are on. Some of the showers had no dispensers for soap or shampoo. When I asked about it I was handed a tiny BAR of Soap! Seriously? Some of the shower doors leak water all over the bathroom floor. There are no hand held shower attachments in most of the rooms. The hand held shower heads are only in the 'accessible rooms' which are constantly sold out. This should demonstrate to management that ALL guests want this option. How are female guests supposed to clean their lady parts with an overhead shower head mounted at about 6ft???

The breakfast was fine. I like the nearby restaurants including peppermints The clock radio kept coming o. With a buzzing sound I couldn’t figure out how to stop. I had to unplug it.

Have stayed at the two windows hotels in the area I half dozen times over the past two years. This past experience was awful girl at the front desk was argumentative to the point where she canceled four day reservations so I went to the other Wyndham just down the street to find out she had made it impossible for me to say at Indie Wyndham property unbelievable anger shown by this woman

The water park was so much fun! My granddaughter mentioned it just 2 days ago!

It is a "No frills" hotel for sure. The positives were: there was a mattress encasement and a mini fridge. The negatives: it's a two floor property with NO elevator, the stairwells are gross, the floor in the room was dirty, and when I said "mini" fridge I was being generous. Also, it should be well noted upon the website because of the no elevator. My wife and I are disabled but not to the point where we need a special room but where walking up and down two flights of steps (especially with luggage it's very difficult)

Too small

No hot water, no elevator, our room on the second floor. We cancelled on the spot and moved on into the night.

Location Front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude, you could hear everything in the hallways, and all the towels had hairs in them (not kidding, all of them).

The room was cleaned and well maintained. There was plenty of parking. The front desk staff was not very welcoming but it could be a late night when we arrived. It was a short overnight stay but overall, the price was excellent for a well kept facility.
