It is cost effective and good location close to RIT The property could not locate my booking.com reservation, and forced us to pay out of the pocket, although the whole stay was pais upfront. They also did not take calls or responded to booking.com contacts.

Simple, easy There wasn’t a whole ton of options for gluten free

Clean. Adequate breakfast. Really cheap. Cold, vinyl plank floors. No hand soap. Blackout curtains were broken and let in a lot of light.

Clean and remodeled

Good location, renovated and clean interior and fair rate. Right outside of my room was an ice maker. It was so loud that it severely interrupted my rest. I was told the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t change the room for me. And I was locked out of the bathroom after I simply closed its door.

Pleasant

The location and price. I arrived after check in time of 3pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Prior to that I went to see if I could check-in early at 2:30 and they said yes, but it would cost me $30!

Nothing this hotel was disgusting

Room was clean Broken bolt on door never replaced. Wall plastered and looked shoddy. Room was small. No lamps. Lamps are better than overhead lights.

Room was remodeled, bed and bedding was comfy, no closet space/smaller room, bathroom was remodeled as well, overall satisfactory. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, but overall the place was fine, great value and location for my purpose. Occassional smell of weed, the place is no smoking area but it smelled of weed inside on occassion. I did not have bfast so cannot comment about the quality of food, coffee was good.

Clean room, good staff, easy parking, ac in the room. Just a little thing toilet kept running water makes noises all night, the bathroom door hard to open and close:)

It wasn’t in a congested area and close to shops The floor in my room was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before getting dressed or even into bed. They didn’t have regular coffee and the decaffeinated coffee was weak and tasted burnt The fire door to the stairs did not stay shut and posed a danger if there was a fire

Good hotel. Pretty clean in the room. No frills place, but maintained well. The room while nice, did have an unpleasant smell as the ac looked like it hadn't been clean in years. In addition, the breakfast selection was very limited and there were a few flies there. However, overall as the room was well maintained, I would say it was a pleasant .

The rooms were pretty big and clean. I didn't expect that in an area like Rochester. I also liked the quiet and calmness of the surroundings. The keys kept getting cancelled after every night even though our checkout was after 4 days. And i thought there could be more items or at least some variations everyday for the breakfast.
