Clean room. Wonderful and helpful staff. Easy parking. Yummy breakfast.

Staff were very friendly. Parking was easy. Breakfast changed daily which was great.

Terrible hitting you up for a $20 charge to your credit card. No way to get a receipt for your stay. Have to wait to see if we get refunded the $20. Seems like the property is in financial trouble. No card for the manager. Who actually owns this property?

The overall cleanliness of the rooms were not good. Upon arrival there was a dirty soiled diaper in the trash and hair in the shower … it appears someone had been smoking in the room prior to my arrival. The smoke detector was covered in black tape.

Pretty run down for a Fairfield Inn. The beds were so uncomfortable. The breakfast was small and not great. Coffee gross. Wouldn’t go back.

My room was missing a chair. I reserved a room with handicap shower bench did not get it.

The staff is amazing, parking is good, and the areas are clean, but the pool needed maintenance; the water wasn't clean and had a greenish tint.

The desk lamp wasn’t working. Everything else in the room was good. The staff was helpful with every conversation I had with them.

Ran out of breakfast items on our 2nd morning and had no milk, etc on the first morning.

Travelers should note that this Fairfield Inn does not seem to be corporate owned and therefore expectations should be tempered…it does not resemble the usual Fairfield brand. Layout, amenities, cleanliness are not at the usual Marriott level. For example, the lobby is cramped, the elevators were dirty and there were no bath towels in our (very cramped) bathroom. It was not terrible but I probably would not pay a premium to stay at this property again when there were plenty of other less expensive options nearby.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the bathtub drains in our original rooms were clogged. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—they immediately switched us to rooms with walk-in showers, which worked perfectly. Pro tip: If possible, request a room with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. The complimentary breakfast (6:00–9:00 a.m.) exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of healthy options, including skim milk, low-fat yogurt, egg whites with spinach, regular eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, and waffles for the kids. Even the fried eggs were cooked really well. We were especially impressed by the variety of healthier choices, including reduced-fat and skim milk. They also offer gluten-free bagels upon request. One thing we really appreciated was that if the kids weren’t ready to eat during the breakfast hours, we were able to take breakfast to go. Coffee is also available to take with you, which was very convenient. Parking was easy, with a spacious outdoor lot and plenty of available spaces. Overall, we had a great stay. The friendly and responsive staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and convenient amenities made this hotel a great value.

The bathroom was dirty and there were smears on the walls by the bed and door. The mattress had red stains on it. The pool was cloudy. The staff was nice but the place itself didnt seem well maintained. The elevator felt like it would break every time we used it. Aside from that there was no personality or ambiance. No decor in the room. Very sad and bland which made the filth feel even more amplified.
