Location and very nice Nothing!!!

It’s very close to i90. Very, very convenient location. I didn’t see breakfast set up. Hopefully that can be rectified someday. Wasn’t sure about WiFi charges, so I didn’t use it. The set up wanted my cell number and warned that charges could be added to my phone. That was a deal killer.

The person at the desk during my check-in, Jason, was professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple of good laughs as he very efficiently got my room ready. The hotel is large with lots of entrances and hallways. I got a little confused about where my room was. But the room was comfortable and clean. A very good value and a very friendly staff.

Clean, good location. We stayed here before leaving on an early morning flight out of Rochester.

The staff were very friendly and treat the gust with dignity and respect and I would come back and stay in the future and it was clean also I would the rooms were very clean I would recommend it to a friend or a relative to stay over night when they come from out of town becuse it's one of the cleanst hotels to stay over night at

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was not included

The pool attendant was excellent. The maintenance guy was a blessing and helpful also. Front desk was helpful

Room was clean..could use some updating with better lighting and the shower..was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

This was our second time staying at RIT - we definitely preferred the executive room we had last time it was more updated and seemed cleaner (mostly just the tub had a bunch of grime and possibly black mold in the grout the rest of the room was ok just dated and still carpeted. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was easy. Kids were disappointed not to get to swim before we left as we didn't check pool hours for weekdays and the pool didn't open until 3pm. All in all though the hotel is in a nice, quiet area, rooms are spacious and a good distance from what we were doing so it is a top choice for our family to stay

Near RIT, quiet N/A-i like staying here

The staff who was working when I checked in was great. When I checked out on Tuesday morning, the girl was less than friendly you could barely hear what she was saying. If you don't like your job, quit! But, greet your people with respect and courtesy regardless. I was up there on a trip to see my mom, because we were moving her into in - home hospice. And the whole property just had a damp feeling.

We had originally decided to book a third day here, staying longer, but decided to try another nearby hotel instead.
