After our original hotel canceled our reservation without any notice, we found My Place Hotel at the last minute around 10 p.m. What a relief! The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The hotel felt clean, safe, and welcoming, and the room was comfortable after a very long day of driving. It completely turned our night around. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had made reservations to this hotel but we got struck in Idaho i called them and explain to the staff that we weren't going to make it in and asked for a refund. They denied my refund because of their policy which is dumb because it was an emergency why we didn't get to them. They should have some policy that deals with unexpected emergencies and give people a break. Because of this policy is why they still took money from me. Money I could of used to help with others things. I had two small children with me. Way to go My Place hotel pretty much leaving us alone in a time of need. This is why I hate making reservations because you never if you know what will happen and they will still take you for your money anyway. I'm sure they didn't need that money for they have the ability to get money by renting out the rooms. They double charged.

Definitely the place to stay if you’re passing through between salt lake and denver. Probably not a better hotel anywhere on the way

Everything looked Nnew and clean. The staff was very helpful. Can't beat MyPlace rooms for the price.

Traveling through with our dog. Everything was great and the staff were friendly! Would stay again.

There was a kitchen with stove top, microwave and full size refrigerator but no silverware, cups, bowls, plates, skillets or pans, or any other utensils. We had to buy paper items to use so did not bother cooking anything. We were told they would sell use basic items to use in the kitchen-why would I want that? They said too many people were stealing those items-wouldn't they just add that to the bill-I had to leave a credit card number on file for anything like that? I found this very confusing. the room did have a heavy fragrance of air freshner as you enter the room.

This is exactly what I needed for my dog and I on the way home through Wyoming. There was a nice shaded patio area with some grass. You do hear the highway if you are on one side of the hotel but other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

Excellent location to stay with dogs. They have small grass patches around the hotel and then a larger well maintained real grass area by a BBQ grill area. The grass area is also bordered by taller grasses & plants for those boy dogs that like a "target."

We were very happy with the accommodations . We traveled with a pet and were glad we had no difficulties because of it. Highly recommended it.

If you stay here....ask for a room on the opposite side of the freeway. Road noise is horrible!

Very nice place with many conveniences. Slightly lower rating for stale refrigerator smell and inconvenient ice availability.

This is the 2nd My Place we have staged at, the other was in Greenbay Wisconsin. Great experience! Room was clean and there’s even an ice maker in the freezer which is handy. Beds were comfy and hotel was quiet.

One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in! The beds are comfy! The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable of the area. We would definitely stay there again!
