Checking in was very unpersonal

Nice clean room.

The staff was late , it was virtual and took an hour to get a phone call at night to get staff to help , it was all electronic , done virtually and the person was terrible .

COMFORTABLE BED THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER IN OUR ROOM. WE HAD TO GO DOWN TO FROM DESK TO GET SOME. TELEVISION PICTURE GOT WORSE AFTER ABOUT ONE HOUR OF USE. DOUBLE IMAGES STARTED APPEARING. CHECK IN PROCEDURE WAS STRANGE. SOME ONE APPEARING ON A SCREEN FROM ANOTHER LOCATION WAS JUST PLAIN ODD. ESPECIALLY WITH SOMEONE SITTING AT THE FRONT DESK.

they overbooked, never let me know they overbooked and just cancelled my room leaving my scrambling last minute- don't ever stay here and frankly don't use booking dot com either see above. bad. all bad.

So I had to walk back in and ask. The outside of the building is run down, the landscaping is atrocious. Once inside, the smell was just awful. Can’t pinpoint it because it’s so weird. The room itself was ok, once you get past getting acosted by the obnoxiously bright lights. The walls has scuff marks, the shower didn’t look clean, the towels had a musty smell. The only good thing I have to say was the bathroom mirror was nice and the bedsheets smelled fresh. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you were beyond desperate.

Wide Room Management not cooperative. There was no shampoo in bathroom. I called at reception the guy said come at reception and grab your shampoo and towel. We have no staff at this time. It looks very unprofessional and awkward. Reception is about 100-150 meters away from room. Rooms and reception are separate.

I think it was cool to check in with the kiosk. Sid was super nice and refreshing No breakfast. The beds were rock hard, the room was big but pretty empty. No drawers to put things away and very little counter space. The bathroom was still a little dirty too.

Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.

The mattress was hard, the frigerator and microwave were loud, as were the airplanes passing over. Someone was knocking on inner doors at 5 am. The room had an odd smell. And the help desk person directed us to s kiosk instead! Very impersonal and odd and it didn't even work properly! We needed to get keys from the the help desk person.

The room when I first got there looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets and there was small bits of trash on the floor as if it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it with new sheets and everything.
