The architecture was so beautiful and the rooms were so comfortable. There’s a lot of places where you can sit and read and it’s also about a ten minute walk from the main strip so we had access to so many great and local spots like the museums and even the local events.

My partner and I enjoyed the comfort of this place. We felt like we were staying at a family member’s place. The staff was welcoming, the pie was delicious, the rooms were so lovely. Genuinely perfect Nothing. Loved everything about it.

Very nice, fresh breakfast served promptly at 8am. Very friendly staff. Had an EV charging station that I could use without cost for my ev rental car. Very nice grounds. Fresh pie each evening. Even arranged to send me some prescription pills I left by accident. Great place overall.

Were told omelets for breakfast and had scrambled eggs and bacon..... Breakfast was okay...eggs no big deal but scone was tasty.
-
Cute B+B with exceptionally friendly service. The breakfast and free pie were great

Mary was wonderful and helpful. Pies were excellent, rooms clean and well maintained Breakfast was good, nothing special or different, if that is what you like

Generally, a nice stay. They charged us $100 extra (per night!) for our 2 month old baby, which we found a bit unnecessary and excessive. Probably would have stayed somewhere else for that extra cost.

Homemade blueberry pie was delicious Had a wonderful tour when we first arrived in history of the house .

Very friendly, comfortable, spacious parking, great breakfast.

Character, charm and history. Nothing.

The history and the decor? Everything was great.
-
Nice atmosphere Room bit worn out. TV on the wrong wall.

Mary will give the best onboarding and things to do if you’re lucky to run into her. Firm rules of checkout, no grace period, no budging. The breakfast is ok, not as fancy as the pictures show and it has a one hour window, 8-9am. The coffee is taken away at 9:10.

The morning breakfast was delicious and plated beautifully! Would love to return next summer.

We loved the cleanliness and surprising privacy of the room. We loved the staff....in particular Mary who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also terrific.

A stunning period house with lots of extravagantly decorated rooms, including multiple rooms that can be used for hanging out (lounge, parlor and library). Very friendly staff, luxuriously equipped bedrooms (stunning bathroom in particular); and of course, the included pies!! Delicious and it feels like being a guest in someone's home. Cooked breakfast was simple but good. It might be prudent to take an eye mask if you're a light sleeper or want to sleep in in the morning: in our room at least, there were no curtains, just some shades that don't block out light very well. We ended up sleeping rather poorly because of a floodlight over the parking lot that illuminated our whole room all night.

Breakfast and location was the best part. If I knew about all the stairs I wouldn't have stayed. The sheets and robes were crunchy and the blanket smelt old. The tub is only for one person and thougtht it would be a spa tub for two.

Everything. The property is an interesting history and the building is very well preserved and maintained in rooms. Beautifully appointed, the beds are excellent, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Mary was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The scone was way too sweet and there is no fresh fruit, which would’ve been nice. The cheese omelette and the bacon were fine but we expected more.

Loved our stay! Staff was friendly, room was beautiful and breakfast and afternoon pie were delicious!

This was listed as a 4 star property B and B. Breakfast was only from 8:00AM-9:00AM, on the Weekend! We are seasoned travelers, all around the world, and found this a bit strict for a weekend at $400. Approximately per night! Be warned. We are hardworking 50 hours per week executives, and we are not getting up early on our precious weekends off, at that price. If it were $200 per night, we would understand.
