Excellent location to the coast , restauraunts and downtown Rockland. Great views of bay. Free parking.

Great location, recent renovation. Water temperature inconsistent, breakfast underwhelming.

Usually I stay at B&B's but this was a sister's low budget trip and we could not have been happier with the cleanliness of the great value here. The room, immaculate. Beds and bedding high quality! Bathroom - a wee dated but clean. The location was perfect as we wanted to museum and gallery hop. Great easy parking ---deserves all the 10s in each category. Breakfast was better than continental - hot food. We arrived about 7pm and there is no healthy or even semi healthy room food for purchase. Candy yes, microwave dinners, beer, soda but not much and that is okay. Would've loved some popcorn or powerbars. We gave ours away earlier in the day or we would have been all set.

The breakfast had everything you need. The hotel also had a firepit out front which was a fun spot. Convenient location for walking through town.

Convenient to downtown & ferry. Room & bathroom were huge, appreciated the bars in the bathroom, bed was comfortable and I liked that I could open the window at night. Breakfast was great, no need to go eat somewhere else. I wish check-in was at 3 not 4 PM. Seemed like not enough handicap parking (only 3 spots).

Handicapped shower. The room was roomy, with 2 chairs, a desk and desk chair. The room with the handicapped bathroom was outside of the main lobby. The door and some baseboards were rusty.

We decided to stay an extra night as we enjoyed walking proximity of the town and restaurants. Check out olive oil tasting store Fiore nearby (what a surprise to find in Maine!).

Staff were wonderful. Hotel is centrally located, and definitely pleasant enough. The balcony constantly had a huge water puddle, which was a but frustrating, but all in all good stay.

Goid size room. Very small area for microwave and coffee machine.

Centrally located with nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was more than adequate and all staff were friendly.

The Rockland Harbor Hotel has been a lifesaving resource. We have taken respite there while renovating our new home which still has no drinking water or reasonable showering or bathing and no laundry can be done. The hotel staff always help us by placing us in a comfortable room near the laundry facilities which really work well. We arrive to a clean room, can shower and start our laundry. With help from staff we’ve discovered very nice restaurant options and then we can enjoy the free included breakfast (with pop tart options) and head home with our clean laundry. It has been a Godsend. The property, though older, is extremely clean and all the rooms we’ve stayed in have been spotless. We’ve really grown to love Rockland and we really appreciate the nice people at the RHH.
