Would not recommend

The room was good, everything worked. I was there for work. The room was a little small, fridge opened into bed, but everything worked. Parkinglot small. The only thing that made me loose a star was the noise from the floor above and in the hallway. Not much noise buffer. I would stay there again.

This no frills budget hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to everything in Rockland. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was late getting set up. Breakfast selection was minimal and looked like what was left over from the morning before.

The location was excellent. Staff in the evenings were nice and helpful. We liked the free parking. Having a code for the door rather than a key was nice. We did have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, which was nice. No coffee maker which was a bummer. The coffee maker downstairs was a Keurig one cup and it always needed water so just bring water down to the lobby with you. There are no hair dryers in the room, but I eventually found someone that worked at the front desk that gave me one to use. The continental breakfast was just that. The first morning there was no coffee, but the second morning there was. Honestly just a couple of little things would have made the stay a five.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Breakfast was sketchy and located in a room that was configured as a room for people to sleep in. Other people walked in and turned around and walked out. Coffee, cereal and bagels. Was ok but not great. The worst place we stayed after traveling for 28 days. Made us appreciate the other places we stayed previously. Woman at desk for check-out was slow and not pleasant. The customer in front of me asked for complimentary water for the road. She was told that the water was only given to customer on check-in. The water was given grudgingly and the customer said she had not received any water when she checked in. I was not offered water even though I was standing there during the interaction. I didn’t need water but I think it would have been nice if it had been offered. The location was great and the bed was comfortable. Parking hang tag was supplied for the lot.

Staff wouldn’t come out of the office to answer a question. Also didn’t have a blow dryer.

The place is nice and clean, great showers and hot water pressure. It needs a bit of love and remodeling but we slept very nice and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Nice location , convenient for go around town.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they let me borrow a hair dryer and they always said hello when I entered the building. The water pressure in this hotel is on another level, amazing shower. The hotel is literally a two minute walk from Main Street, super walkable. Had a great stay, will be back!

Close to Main Street and harbor They need to shape up the breakfast bar: coffee was not hot, the hot water was to be made in a coffee machine and was never enough hot. No oatmeal for a choice. Awful selection for today’s nutrition conscious guests.

Great location, room was big, bed was comfy , but need new linens & towels…

The staff at the desk were really helpful and welcoming. The photos online and the reality of the hotel were a little different. It was a mostly clean and safe place to stay but the building is older and does have older building smells throughout. The online photo of the breakfast space was not at all the same and options were limited, and I’m unsure of where the advertised cafe was. This is a good spot to crash if you are traveling through but not ideal for longer term.

They have also added the 150 dollar charge for incidentals twice on my credit card. I hope there will not be a problem with that. The morning before checkout was a mix of cold coffee and a cold shower. Overall, unfortunate experience. The staff was very kind - that needs to be said as well.
