Clean and nice lobby. Pool was pleasant. Maintenance staff were very helpful with moving lounge chairs for us. Staff were helpful and we appreciated the early check in. Rooms a little dated. The food we ordered for pool side was horrible. Frozen beef patties and soggy cauliflower wings. I Don’t recommend it not worth the price.

The biggest surprise was the $22/night parking fee, which wasn’t obvious when we booked. We also upgraded to a balcony room, assuming it would be private. Instead, it’s part of one long shared balcony accessible from multiple rooms. It was still nice to have outdoor access, but after an uncomfortable interaction with another guest, we made sure to keep our sliding door locked since neighboring guests could otherwise access our room from the balcony. The staff was friendly, and our room was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that the hotel is much larger than we expected—it took us about 5–10 minutes to walk from the lobby to our room, which felt long after a full day of traveling. The warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a nice touch, although we were surprised it contained nuts and no one asked about allergies first. Fortunately, that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely entrance and charming surrounding area. There are convenient shops nearby, including a corner store stocked with toiletries and a surprisingly large liquor selection. The location was also great for exploring both San Francisco and Sonoma wine country. We especially appreciated the local winery partnership—the bottles available in our room included a buy-one-get-one tasting at St. Francis Winery, and it ended up being one of

While we were waiting for our room to be ready, my fiancé and I walked over to Mary's Pizza. The sweet woman at the front desk even gave us a coupon to use, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pizza was amazing, and by the time we finished lunch, our room was already ready for us, earlier than expected! Every morning we walked over to Sandpino's Coffee & Brews, and everything we ordered was delicious. We loved it so much that it became part of our daily routine. On two afternoons we walked to the Waterhawk Lake Club for drinks and live music by the lake, and it was the perfect way to relax after the wedding festivities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and happy to help, and those little interactions really made the stay feel welcoming. We had such a great experience from start to finish. Between the beautiful property, convenient location, and exceptional service, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ask for ada room did not get the room that I had ask for the room was nice but the toilet seat was too way too low and also didn’t receive my warm cookies when checking in as advertised

Nice, clean hotel. Staff at the front desk were a little rude when I first arrived, but other interactions went well. Hotel is a little dated, but not too bad. Only negatives were the ice machines being hard to find on my floor and the AC barely blowing cold air. Also, not the hotels fault, probably Expedia, but I signed up for the breakfast option and the hotel didn’t see it on my reservation. Contacted Expedia and they claim I never selected breakfast. I know for a fact I did because the price of the hotel total went up. So basically I lost $92 for two nights. Frustrating!

The room’s bathrooms need upgraded

The room was nice , clean. but was extremely far away to get to ..about a five minutes walk with no luggage cart or bell hop to help. struggled the whole way with my luggage. view is of a rooftop . One margarita 25 dollars ..but friendly bartender. The restaurant closes at nine and the only food available are chips and pre wrapped chicken salad sandwich on white bread. The hot tub was fantastic.

A surprisingly really nice hotel! Feels very resort-like, and the pool is fantastic!

This is a very pleasant resort-type hotel in Rohnert Park. Even if you are not into golf or gambling, both of which are very accessible, this is a delightful hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. We very much enjoyed sunning by the pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The restaurant is also very good with diverse options and great taste.

Very nice hotel

The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it very much. Food was also pretty fabulous with a great happy hour! I didn’t sleep very well and the room has a long shared porch with the level of rooms in that stretch. The porch could use a leaf blow as well but besides that I recommend for the value for families traveling.

Our first room smelled really musty; we were switched to one that was better, but still slightly musty. The restaurant was excellent. For the price, I feel it was a little rundown.

However the staff was friendly and the pool/sauna was excellent.

Pay for parking ($22), pay for water ($3), pay for wifi ($9.99), pay for... everything. This place states it's located in Sonoma... which is 45 minutes away. Got "free" cookies. Plus, there was a dog roaming around the hotel (allergic). The mattress was squishy & the pillows need replacing. Felt like I was sleeping at a motel. I rate 3/5 stars. Hilton needs to remove their name from this place. Staff was amazing. Although, the room phone didn't work & I couldn't get through to the front desk on the cellular; had to go down in my PJs.

The AC is old and needs some help. The staff and the location is amazing.
