Oxford Suites Sonoma County

Great place to stay! Super close to the casino, which is why I stayed here. I would stay again for the free breakfast and pool/hot tub. Very friendly staff too.

The evening reception was great, I used the pool and it was lovely except the sides of the pool has built up scum from years of use could use a deep clean on the tiles. Staff was amazing at helping and answering questions! Shuttle service was excellent as well! Well definitely stay many more times!!

Our last day was really nice. I have to say this day the bed was actually really uncomfortable for the floor we were put on. We had two different rooms to choose from. They were both both supposed to be suites I chose one of them and the bed was really uncomfortable. He said it was a standard room, but that’s not what I chose on Expedia. There was no coffee in the room for us. We had to call down for that. That’s a first no stir sticks no different sugars. There was no creamers, no napkins usually the room is pretty stocked, but it wasn’t this time. There were no complementary waters. Usually, those are in the room. Those were not in the room either. I was really kind of disappointed with our stay this time the bed felt wore out and the last time we were there. Just the room I don’t know, but that’s the only disappointment. I guess it depends. I know next time if I stay there that I will say something right away cause I cannot sleep on a bed that feels wore out otherwise our day was pretty good.

The room was great! Nice and spacious. My only concern was the beds seemed to have a dip in them and it wasn’t too comfortable. Breakfast though the next day was DELICIOUS, I am still talking to friends and family about how good it was. Loved it and will be staying there again.

The hotel was very nice and family friendly. My daughter loved the little kiddy pool and felt very comfortable. It is also in a very convenient location near lots of restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

Every staff member we encountered at the Oxford was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool and the fitness center were clean and nicely appointed. We loved the food options available onsite. Nice to have available when we didn’t want to leave the premises for dinner.

Why does this hotel get such high reviews? I mean it is just ok. The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean but the hotel isnt really well maintained. The arm of the sofa in our room was worn through and the pool and hot tub were full of dirt on the bottom. The unheated pool was as cold as an ice plunge.
