Looking for a relaxing time away for a couple of days, but instead, children were running around and in the pool area, bar and entrance area unattended with little to no parent supervision. Was told by housekeeping there were no more towels left, all were in the wash. Appreciate the fact that we could bring our small dog. Felt like a bit of a prisoner in our room. Ended up going elsewhere to relax during the day. Definitely will think twice in the future about staying here, mostly during the summer.

Upon approaching the front desk to request a room cleaning, I was informed that this service was unavailable and that only additional essentials could be provided. I subsequently requested new towels, cups, and other necessities. The moral of this review is that one should always anticipate the unexpected with optimism, while maintaining confidence in making requests. Overall, I would recommend that the hotel adhere to its housekeeping policy for customers staying multiple nights. As a point of reference, during my previous stay, I had made a similar request to the front desk staff, and they accommodated my request with a smile and provided exceptional service. I’m not sure why this weekend was different from the previous weekend?

Lovely, safe, restful, good breakfast! Wonderful staff. Nice in every way! Highly recommend! My only suggestion might be better swivel wheels on the trolly carts, which you use to carry your luggage to your room, a little heavy and hard to steer.
