We went out to an actual restaurant instead of whatever that was.

It’s a clean hotel, not much character, all muted grays and whites, rather dull but very clean. Our only problem was our room on first floor was next to the EXIT door hallway. Every single time someone went in or out a big heavy metal door slammed loud in our room. All day, all night, even midnight, 2 am, 3 am, 4 am it really NEEDS a soft close or something it was very disturbing!

Room was clean. Breakfast stops at 10:30 which seemed early to me. I wasn’t given free breakfast coupons at check-in and had to ask for them the next day after I’d paid for breakfast (they adjusted the bill). When I asked about the casino shuttle I was told it was only available on fridays which was not true - they later put up the Saturday schedule. So you have to actively manage your experience.

Countertop in the room was sticky. The floor could be mopped again. The pullcord on the blind was difficult to raise (rm 213). Otherwise, the amenities were comfortable.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL! I was going to a comedy show at the casino nearby and the location is just great you have everything within a 5 minute radius. Plus living in luxury on a budget The door was a little funky… you had to really push down to get the door open which we had a couple technically difficulties for us

The property is very modern and clean. I am giving it a lower rating because the $8 parking fee was not explicitly mentioned during the check-in process resulting in a charge 24 hrs after check out. The other issue was that the light underneath the luggage bench was always on and there was no switch to turn it off. Had to sleep with it on all night. It turns out that the light was plugged into the wrong socket instead of the primary light switch.

We had a wonderful stay with two amazing nights of deep sleep. The room was clean and the AC very silent giving us a very relaxed experience.
