Clean room

Tenia un olor muy feo y muy sucio y aparte de que pagas hotel te cobran extra por todo muy mala experiencia no regresaría. Nunca

The property itself was good and we were satisfied overall. The only issue was that as soon as we turned on the AC, the room started smelling strongly like smoke. The smell was noticeable and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room.

Loud and a little run down

The staff was excellent

Our room was terrible and reeked of smoke so they moved us to another room which only had a double bed but was at least a bit cleaner. It definitely was not worth the money we paid.

Cuarto limpio

There was an old Indian lady working the front desk when I arrived. She was not friendly at all. She made it seem as though I was bothering her because she had to check me in.

The room was basic and clean, everything I needed was in working order. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

Good way to get away from stress.

We weren’t leaving without a refund, then he proceeded to tell the big man behind us “can you please punch these ladies in the face so they get out of here” claiming it as a joke. I called the police immediately. This place needs to be torn down!

Bed wasn’t even a proper full size when we booked a queen room. Towels were filthy dirty and the property was surrounded by police activity throughout our stay. Pictures shown on Expedia are not accurate

the hotel was horrendous. the exterior is in poor condition. room itself was clean but the tv did not work and there wasn’t even a paper cup to drink water from. only one person in check in spoke English…

Avoid at all costs. Rooms were booked AND PAID FOR weeks ago. Show up after our show to find they’ve given the rooms away. Shorted on a cash refund. Sketchy looking place so maybe we dodged a bullet, but they left 5 exhausted musicians stranded in CA on a Saturday night. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay away.

Check in was hectic and confusing. No ironing board or iron in room. Started with the llobby being a mess that continued throughout the hotel, that seemed to be renovating but still renting out areas that are being renovated at the same time.

I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

But the room was pretty bit up walls , restroom 🛀

Good for a restful night. Price is right.
