We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around.
-
No cleaning despite of the request.

Didn't have breakfast as indicated

The basics in the room were missing. We had to get them ourselves. There were stickers everywhere. The microwave was dirty and rusty inside. The furniture was falling apart. They advertised breakfast. There was no breakfast. I understand they are remodeling but the customers were not a priority or cleanliness of the rooms.

Bathroom door in need of replacement with holes and paint chipping, minimal amenities, poor signage, floor could use some damp mopping and drying out. Parking ok, not too far if you can see your car from the room.
-
This is a terrible place to stay we've ever had: no room services, dirty bed sheets, fake phone, and almost no food for the breakfast they promised.
-
Just barable and too tired to leave.

we checked in and checked out a few minutes later. a person came into the office while we were checking in claiming her room was broken in. Several customers told us to not stay there, they said it was not safe. The police came and one officer said he would not allow his family to stay there. We walked around the property and saw there were dirty couches in the hallway with homeless, trash and beer bottles on the ground. We ended up going to Petaluma and checking in there. We want a refund of $85.63 for the room we did not stay in because of safety and cleanliness issues. I attempted several times to get help through hotels that evening and no one spoke English.

Worst hotel ever. Random furniture and crap everywhere. Felt unsafe. Could go on and on but suffice it to say, DO NOT STAY HERE.
-
Our room smelled like smoke and wasn’t very clean.
-
Felt like I was staying at a homeless encampment. Says it all!

Nice staff. In the middle of a massive remodel

It was a place to sleep and shower!

The office was all cluttered. The hallways had packages of grout & other supplies just lying around. The room was smelly, bed comforter had stains, wall paint peeling off in different areas of the room, drawers missing covers… We especially felt unsafe when a homeless came to our door & asked to use our bathroom. Of course. he was turned away, but when I reported it to the front office, he didn’t care. He asked how he looked & I gave him a brief description. Then, he simply said that I should have asked him for $50. I didn’t appreciate his sarcasm & I asked if there’s any security on the place & he said yes. I walked away & commented that they need to check on this. We stayed in the room for a couple of hours then we left to Graton for about 4hours & went back to the room. But, we didn’t want to stay since we felt unsafe. We packed up, dropped off keys to the same unpleasant front desk person, told him the place was horrible, & left.

Great staff, clean rooms, excellent price. Need coffee in the rooms.
-
Disgusting rooms and property. Incredibly rude staff. Unsanitary and unsafe. Only stay if you have no other options.

Breakfast? What breakfast?
