The front staff was pretty helpful in changing a queen bedroom that I reserved online. However, that room he assigned for us doesn’t have a refrigerator included and we have to pay extra couple dollars. So, it’s not very convenient for us because we have to carry our stuff to the room and later have to change to another room. Otherwise, it’s alright overall. I would rate as 4.

My room was dirty, it smelled like smoke, and the furniture was broken in places. The refrigerator froze my soda, and luckily I did not put my insulin in the refrigerator. There were people living in cars and loitering in the parking areas. That hotel needs to be remodeled top to bottom.

The room was clean, good size with fridge and a microwave. Check in and check out was fast. However in multiple rooms it reeked of smoke smell.

The area also felt unsafe due to the number of people hanging around outside, especially along the creek on the side of the property. I’ve stayed on the opposite side before, and it felt much better than this location. We only stayed one night because it was a work trip, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose this side of the property again.

The girl that was here Tuesday morning is not a morning person. I walked in the office and said good morning she didn’t reply just had a bulldog face stare.

There are no Queen beds, just full/double. The first rooms bed was so worn down, I sat down and sunk to wear I felt the spring s. There was juice stays on the air conditioner and my husband pointed out the blood in the bathroom wall to the housekeeper and she oh ok. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful, since we booked via Expedia we were unable to get a refund, since it takes so long and it's difficult, he switched us to a two double/full room. For a $160 a night (we were in town for a concert), it was still spendy but we only spent a few hours ( I was so tired to worry anymore about how gross it was) He was helpful and apologetic for the condition of the Motel, he is just in need of a job.

The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was a full. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable enough. It was reasonably priced. No in room amenities. The fact that it was quiet, close to lots of food options, & there was Starbucks in the same parking lot were the best parts.

If you are looking for drugs, yes. But otherwise I do not recommend it, unless you are a thrill seeker and you are looking for something to keep you on your toes all night. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes and I will never in my life go near that place again!!!

Only problem was too many homeless people under influence in the area, screening all night. Was a woman bouncing car to car in the parking lot.
