Great breakfast

The hotel was closed down and we had received no notification! We were lucky to find an alternative hotel at the last minute.

We showed up to check in a little before 8 pm and the lobby was already closed! Doesn’t seem like a high crime area so not sure why the building was locked up already. Check in was performed through a bank style plexiglass window outside. Desk lady was very unfriendly and put-out by my request for a different room. Despite the place being nearly empty, the room they assigned me was one I had stayed in before and had to complain about the foul smelling AC unit. Also it was on the highway side and quite noisy. So I requested a different room as soon as I saw the room she was assigning us. She was not happy about having to assign us another one so she stuck us between two other occupied rooms despite the place being nearly empty. Poor customer service, the ridiculously early lockdown of the lobby and the unnecessary placement between two occupied rooms all made this a poor choice this time.

My nephew was late in checking in..

Night clerk took my card for an undisclosed "deposit" & 5 hrs later I had fraudulent charges on that card. This is the only time that card was out of my hand in months. The fridge had no temp controls, the toilet seat was loose (safety hazard), the shower head could not be adjusted up or down, the tub spout was not secured (safety hazard), and there was hair on the door(gross). The 'breakfast" was substandard and not worth the markup. I've had better experiences at Motel 6 for half the cost.

Dirty room , accidentally booked for incorrect week, they wouldn’t allow me to cancel it and refused to refund my money even though it was still over a week away . So had to pay for 2 weeks worth of hotel room to stay 1 week total.

Nice room for a great value.

I picked this hotel for the pool, hot tub and location. The staff was nice, the room was fine but the pool and hot tub were permanently closed. The hotel apparently was closing at the end of the month to be converted into low-income housing. Thus the experience was disappointing. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Was a continental breakfast we were not told. Frozen foods. Pool was closed the bathroom had mold the room smelled old and moldy. Towels were dirty. Room was never cleaned we asked for toilet paper it never came. This visit was so disappointing this place was nasty carpent was ripped and a big piece was just place to cover it.

FALSE ADVERTISING going on here. On the website it says full breakfast but when I arrived the person at the front desk, said that was when it was owned by best Western and now they have burritos- frozen burritos. When I went to look at breakfast, there was very little. And pretty much junk. Also at the front desk when I arrived, there was a sign that said pool and spa permanently closed. The hotel is very very noisy. I asked to be moved because I was staying two nights and I was originally given a room as close to the freeway as you could get. I was moved a little further back, but then discovered there were some rooms on the other side that would’ve been quieter. I wasn’t given one of those.

Tidy, consistent

The rooms are not good condition
-
The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

When checking in, the pet friendly room was overwhelming with the scent of oets and had a large tear in the blanket on the bed. I called the desk and they immediately offered to change rooms and the new room was much better, clean and fresh...even bigger! At no rate change.
-
The staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was dirtysmelled Is musty/smoking smell strong. Batgroom not cleaned hairs all over.
-
Bathroom very gross
-
The pool does not exist. The hot tub does not exist. So the advertising on this property is incorrect. I have not had breakfast due to leaving the hotel at 4:00 am to avoid traffic. Also the hand writing of the staff member on the password was not able to be read.
-
Staff was friendly, room was very basic. Really needed updating. Not sure of cleanliness of carpeting. Looked very old

It waa ok for just passing through.
