WIF was very hard to get on. I finally gave up trying. I Hated paying an extra $7.00 for parking. For this reason alone I will never book a room again!
-
And there was no lotion on my room Everything was good
-
Then I had to propose the solution of the other party staying in the suite and giving me a suite, as I booked. They began to start using their brains to get me in a room until I mentioned needing a rollaway bed, JUST AS I DID IN MY RESERVATION! FOR A KING SUITE! When they inform me of their false advertising and that they cannot put a rollaway bed in the king suite, only ADA rooms. So their solution was to downgrade my room with no compensation. They get us to a double queen ADA room and immediately upon entry it reeks of urine and death - everyone in my party immediately put their shirts over their noses. It was so bad. Had to now go back downstairs to get another ADA room which thankfully did not smell, but the AC hardly worked and toilet barely flushed. I was unhappy with their idea of resolution and pushed back saying they need to accommodate my booking and give me a king suite but also another single room to accommodate the party and number/size of beds I needed. Apparently staff is unable to take any such actions on their own and this needed to go through the GM. WELL she wouldn’t answer her phone but was responding to the front desk clerk via text and told her to have me EMAIL HER, I did. And crickets. This was such an insane trip. Do not recommend. Id rather sleep in my car

It’s was great.

Don’t go cheap, spend the extra $20-40$ Way better than other local hotels :) The continental breakfast was generous and fresh Highly recommend going here

Ridiculous to have to pay for parking
-
Excellent

The room was clean, but the check-in process left a lot to be desired. And the price was very high for the accommodation.

Great experience!

the sheets, towels, bed, were great. However, the bathroom was poorly maintained. Cracks in the shower, no place to hang a towel, holes around the toilet paper holder, and no hot water at the sink. The main light in the room did not work. The phone had not been wiped down in some time. The rooms badly need some TLC.

Good place to stay in Rohnert Park and easy access to Hwy 101 for your wine tasting adventures!

Clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Will return

We just did in Eureka. I stay at the Ramada not as clean as this spot. I will definitely stay here again and the breakfast is very good.

Nice room No complaints
-
However, other staff seemed very nice and helpful. We switched rooms after the girst room smelt of pet urine.
-
Close to freeway, good parking Everything was good
-
Check-in staff was outstanding. Price point was about right with the exception of the two aforementioned problems TV and freeway noise.
-
Nice facility and personnel I'm STILL waiting for one night refund for 2 rooms !!
-
The pool was so cold it was unusable. Given your climate, you should heat it or tear it out and put up a basketball court.
