Supplies in the breakfast room were very sparse. I had to look through 3 containers just to find a fork. The box that’s supposed to contain scones, muffins and a few other types of bread had only 2 English muffins and a few pieces of bread for toast. The whole box looked almost empty. This was the case both mornings I had breakfast. We stay in many Hampton Inns on our travels. This one was disappointing. I may look for a different the next time I’m in the area.

Thin walls. You can hear the street and the neighbors. Worst Hampton breakfast I have ever encountered. No eggs, the sausages were cooked until charred (said maple but looked like turkey). The gravy was also burnt. I ended up with only a waffle and it wasn’t cooked all the way through.

Lisa at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Sad the pool was “closed for maintenance” for a month; one of the reasons we booked there. Water looked great and didn’t see any maintenance happening so not sure what was up there. Room was fine, bathroom needs a descaling, specifically the bathtub and shower head. Room needs new weather stripping around the door so I can’t see into the room. Breakfast was standard buffet fair. Limited protein options. Market behind the counter was pretty anemic. Decent and clean gym. This is $120/night hotel anywhere else in the country. $170/night is borderline robbery. But, the staff was friendly and that is nice.

I wish breakfast had more options for breakfast meat. (offered a meat gravy & biscuits) which was empty when I grabbed breakfast options and it was not replenished during the time I ate. Lastly, the AC never cooled our room (418).

Great room

Jennifer at front desk, she was awesome

The room and hotel were clean and well-maintained. Howerver, I couldn't sleep at night due to the loud, never-ending traffic noise from the nearby freeway.

The breakfast was good and the parking was good as well.

It was a nice hotel with a great breakfast offering many items. The location was questionable. On our stay we were almost attacked by a possible homeless person living behind the hotel. We were in the front of the hotel relieving our dog late afternoon, so nowhere near that area. We were blocked front the entrance until we finally could get in. No police came. I just want anyone who comes here is aware. Very scary.

Great property and staff

Disappointed the pool was under maintenance. Also, only coffee available was a light roast and no yogurt or hard boiled eggs available at breakfast

I stayed on 4th floor facing the freeway and I could hear every truck and car passing by, it was too noisy to get any rest. Previously, I stayed on same level of floor in Home2Suite but it was not that noisy. It was utter disappointment not worth the money. I was also charged for parking every night.. in summary, it was not worth the money I spent and I won’t choose it next time. Thank you
