The staff is amazing, I arrived at 6a.m and the staff had my room ready for only $35 dlrs. I was so happy after a long flight they made my day.

Our room didn’t get cleaned the whole three nights we stayed. We had to ask staff twice for new towels.

I waited 20 minutes to check in…There was only one gentleman at the front desk and he seemed to take forever and never acknowledged those of us waiting by making eye contact. I don’t know if there was a problem with the guest but someone else should have welcomed us and facilitated our check in

Everything was good besides the very low water pressure to the bathroom sink and toilet, This would have been clearly evident to the cleaning staff.

Tv kept going out, the air conditioner went out, and the elevator didn't go to the fifth floor, so we had to get off on the 4th floor and take stairs to 5th floor

Nothing Hotel emailed before my stay stating there was no hot water and gave me the option to cancel . Well I called and cancelled and they still charged my card the next day !

The hotel could use a little bit of TLC. 3rd floor reeks and smells. The unit we were on the AC didn’t work. I paid for a king bed and upon checking in they said they didn’t have anymore so settled for a two twin double beds. I was just not impressed with this hotel at this location House keeping budging in at 1030 when it clearly states 12pm check out

Hot water was not working, was told we would be compensated and nothing was done. I would not recommend this property and I will never be back.

The room was not well cleaned, and had a terrible musty smell. There is also nothing around restaurant wise and the hotel has nothing onsite. Look elsewhere.

One of the elevators didn’t go up to our floor. Breakfast offerings were subpar. It seemed like this hotel was really nice 20 years ago.
