Parking was a little small, but the rooms were very clean and very nice.

Breakfast is extra if booked via 3rd party. The elevator sounds like it’s going to drop you any second, the fact that there is a sign inside the elevator that it has passed inspection and the hotel manager can sho you the passing report made me laugh though.

The hotel dont has a typical "breakfast" actually, it is a poorly served from your ordering and the price and quality doesn't match.

Room was quiet, parking because the hotel was sold out was adequate. Free Coffee must pay for breakfast. Staff was helpful. Used Expedia and couldn’t get my Marriott points 3rd party. Marriott charging 100 extra a night for a room with Chicago pricing was the only negative.

Very god place

Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Very slow response for towels. Room beds uncomfortable and no microwave.

Horrible experience on multiple levels of service. We asked for clean bed sheets and the desk manager told us no, bed sheets are only offered to be changed every other day. We will never stay there again. We frequent the Schaumburg area and are deep disappointed with the quality of the service, I have multiple photographs of chipped paint and damage to the room we stayed in that was prior to our arrival. The ac unit was leaking. The ice machine even down the hall sounded like a freight train. The elevators made scary sounds, I hope they are serviced regularly but I can't tell because the certificates are kept hidden from view. I was going to propose to my girlfriend but the stay left so much to be wanted that could not get down on one knee because of ac unit was leaking. I'm so disappointed

The room was clean. Drybar products are nice. The check-in attendant was rude. The pool looked dirty. Parking didn’t feel safe as this hotel is attached to a closed run-down motel that looks like something from a horror movie.

I would have liked a buffet style breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon toast and other options typically found at hotels. Their choices were too much like fast food. Otherwise it was very good.

Microwave need to be in room. Free breakfast at least bagels and cream cheese.

My window shades automatically opened and woke us up. My handicap door would let us close the room as it kept opening. Which forced us to check out early.

The property and room were clean and looked nice. The only thing that would have improved my stay would be if the pool was larger/less cold. It was freezing! Continental breakfast would’ve also been preferred over having a restaurant to buy food

The staff was very rude

Super easy and fast check in, welcomed with friendly staff, room was clean and spacious would stay here again next time I’m in town

The hotel was great the only down fall was the one elevator was down the second day of our trip but it was still a very beautiful and nice hotel.

it was ok for one night, but would not stay again. The shower looked not well-cleaned and they put all guests together in one area which made good sleep not really possible.
