The. Staff was the good thing. Ab the hotel. The location is great bc it near everything driving of walking. The Anne irises were awful. The fridge was broke. The tv is outdated not a smart tv. The usb drives are 20 years behind. The business computer was not user friendly. The breakfast looked great. And plenty of choices. The bed is cordoned off from the tv so you ha to sleep on couch to watch tv. The room. computer desk has no usb charging option. But great staff. So. That makes up for lack of microwave. Netflix fridge. USB. And business computing. .

Overall experience was just ok.

I've stayed at this property many times due to the super convenient location. During this trip there were a few issues with my room. For some reason the water pressure in the shower was very low. I also had a couple lights that were flickering. They HVAC unit in the room was very loud when the air conditioning turned on so I had to turn just the fan on at night so that it didn't keep waking me up. My room was missing a full length mirror but I've had them in other rooms at the property. On the positive side, the parking is really easy and they do offer complimentary breakfast. The bed was also comfortable.

Not really next day i moved to different hotel Bathroom door was broken.

The hotel was clean. However, it is an older hotel than pictured with a flashing light in the bathroom.

My room door lock was inoperative and had to be fixed. Telephone handset didn't work. Stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't made up for the second night. The breakfast was poor. Staff didn't seem to be well trained or interested in providing customer service.

I loved the location and room Staff was not friendly

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great for shopping and Medieval Times. The elevators weren’t as quick as I would have thought but they were ok.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. But the pool was closed for maintenance. That was a disappointment. Overall it was a good experience.
