Room was fine but bed was not comfortable

Great location and everything met and exceeded standards.

Room was small though advertised to sleep 5. The wifi did not work for us since we booked through Expedia. And overall the room was only moderately clean. The pullout bed was dirty and very used looking and I found stains or splatters here and there throughout the room. It needed a deep clean. The breakfast and staff were great.

Overall is good. The hotel is old, but maintains well.

Customer service was amazing

Would never stay at this hotel again. Full of children running thru the halls, knocking on room doors yelling & screaming like hooligans. When asked where their parents/guardians were, they replied 'Downstairs in the conference room' Horrible!

Great stay. would stay there again and recommend anyone going to that area. Stay at this property.

The 2 bed king suite that I stayed in was too small and very oddly structured. The sofa bed folded out which blocks the entry door and room space. The bed was extremely hard and not enough pillows. Overall the room was affordable and available for a last minute visit and the location is great for people visiting the area to explore.

The staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was average but nice to have each morning. On site free parking was great. Lots of construction going on right now around the property but not much of an inconvenience .

Good location

Everything else was perfect. Clean, nice, affordable and staff 👌! I came for training which was held in the sister hotel, Residence Inn, and stayed two nights. No complaints with anything else in either hotel! Invest in better beds!

The beds were so comfy!!! And the breakfast was delicious. There were many topping offerings for the waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and eggs, like dried fruits/nuts and shredded cheese and 2 salsas. Fran was super helpful at the front desk, and she also made sure to tell us about the pineapple!

One of my favorite hotels to stay at when visiting the area

Our room had ants crawling on the bed. The sink was clogged and was not repaired even after we reported the problem. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The two ladies working were friendly and informative. We had a room with a pull-out bed, and the bedding was in the closet already. Easy to set up. Breakfast in the morning was great for my two boys. The pool was smaller than anticipated. I would definitely stay here again when driving through!
