SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield

Check-in was fast and efficient. The two ladies working were friendly and informative. We had a room with a pull-out bed, and the bedding was in the closet already. Easy to set up. Breakfast in the morning was great for my two boys. The pool was smaller than anticipated. I would definitely stay here again when driving through!

Our stay was perfect. Seth, the front desk agent, was great. He was friendly and offered us water “for the road”…which was greatly appreciated since the weather was so warm!

Clean room, easy parking, good breakfast

Staff was amazing, room and location were awesome. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am which is tough on sports teams who have to leave early for games.

Our room was missing the mirror in the living area and only had one bedside lamp. There was a definite lack of variety in choices in the little pantry.

The breakfast was fair, should of been more then a complimentary breakfast. N/A

I loved the customer service. Everyone from reception to house keeping were so nice, welcoming , and provided a nice atmosphere environment. The room was nice and very comfortable, it was worth the spend. And the location was perfect. I’m not a fan of driving, especially in places I’m unfamiliar with, so it was nice to have things to do within a 10-15 minute drive. Lots of construction lol but that’s not their fault. On a real note , I wish the market / vending area had more healthy snack options. It’s nice to have junk food once in a while but me personally I do like something healthy to munch on. I,appreciate they had fruits out though.

Area Felt safe, staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Would definitely book again. I was here for Landmark Forum and the location made this place ideal. 10/10 will book again.

What we loved: Amazing Staff: Every single team member was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive. Easy Logistics: Checking in and checking out was an absolute breeze—quick and entirely stress-free. Spotless Spaces: While the bathrooms may not be the most modern or up-to-date, they were truly very clean. And honestly, that is what matters most!

We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel’s other amenities since we spent most of our time out exploring, but we were able to try the complimentary breakfast once, and it was a nice addition to our stay. The most memorable part of our experience happened during check-out. We were leaving very early in the morning and were waiting at the front desk for assistance. Out of nowhere, the front desk associate suddenly appeared, which gave us quite a fright! It definitely caught us by surprise and gave us a good laugh afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service.

I was disappointed there was no airport shuttle...but once there, it was delightful. Everyone was very nice ( the kitchen closed at 9:10a not 9:30,,,but everything else was 🌟🌟🌟🌟
