Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

Excellent experience all around. We will be back.

It was stated that we would have late checkout at no cost at 2 pm and then when we were going to check it was changed to Noon Upset and not satisfied with our stay Door opening and closing issues I took 2 rooms on top of it

I didn't buy breakfast at your location, but the meals I had were pretty good at the bar. The people were very friendly and probably the best part about staying at this location. I'd definitely stay here again. I didn't like the prices for food and I didn't like the somewhat isolated location. The location was about a half mile from some convenience stores. The distance wasn't terrible but it was far enough to deter me from walking there often. For this reason, the outrageous prices for vending and at the starbucks made me feel like they knew you were trapped. You were going to pay $5 for any vending drink or $5 for a single small candy bar or walk a half mile. There is a hotel shuttle, but catching one was very hit or miss and it didn't run on weekends.

Place was ok

Founds bugs on my bed and no action taken by the Manager

Exceptional

Very clean, modern beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was exceptional. The beds were so cozy!

I really enjoy all the private spaces in the lobby, fireplace, and all.

Exceptional

Not many eater and vending machine choices

Love it

Long line to check in. Our room wasn’t ready so they “pre-checked us in but then we had to stand in a longer line to get our keys. Surely there could be a better system. Our room was quiet and comfortable. But be aware that this is a major conference and convention center and there will likely be large groups staying there.

Exceptional

Great location and very nice!

I Love the Place!!

Exceptional

Beautiful property and great staff...love it here

The property and lobby are very impressive. One negative pool is totally indoors.

An excellent 5 night stay for a tang soo do competition. Room was spacious, the hotel lobby area had loads of breakout spaces for people to chill and hang out. It was near local amenities with a complimentary shuttle bus. And the staff were excellent, both at reception and in the restaurant

Great Hotel per usual. Issue with the TV in the evening & morning though.
