Luggage carts u available at checkout as other guests stashed them In their rooms. Had to make 2 trips to room to checkout. As senior citizens this made checking out very difficult.

The breakfast was phenomenal, staff was wonderful and it was a beautiful hotel! The pool could have been cleanlier. There was a bunch of dirt/debris and even used bandaids on the floor of the pool

I loved the evening reception and drink vouchers. I thought that was awesome and a great way to show guest appreciation I called for a blanket for the let out couch and was told it would come right up. 30-40 minutes passed so I called back. It was after midnight. The person said they didn’t know if they would have any and they were checking in a guest. I was left to wonder if I should just go to sleep or wait , not knowing if they had one. 15 minutes later someone finally came. The water in the shower was also cold on day 2 of my stay.

The front desk staff refused to give me a water bottle even if I was willing to pay for it ! Saying it was reserved for folks checking in ! And they didn't have any water in their vending machines either ! Never faced this at a hot 👎👎👎

The bartender was extremely rude , not friendly at all. He had an attitude because I was asking questions about the free drinks for the guest provided at check-in. In addition , he made the drinks with little-to-no alcohol. I’m assuming he put a drop of liquor in the entire drink, unless it’s a certain amount required by the hotel.

This hotel was an excellent choice.

Staff very accommodating. All staff members greeted me (front desk, housekeeper, maintenance). Love the breakfast lots to choose from. Cook to order omelets to assorted pastries.

I was looking forward to use the indoor pool but the pool was dirty.

The hotel common areas were clean and nice. The room had stained carpets and leak stains across the ceiling.

The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast wasnt the best and small pool.
