Beautiful project, excellent amenities and lovely staff

But for the bar and the fact that I had to go to front desk for toilet paper & towels, I’d of given this hotel a 5 across the board. It’s in a great location; many dining options and activities around. Avoid parking nightmare and take the train into Chicago.

The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely amazing!!

Paid through Expedia but was charged again on my card by front desk.

Service was great, room was very good, but the elevators sound scary. You can tell they're old and need upgrading.

Everything was great about our stay except for the room getting cleaned. First three days our room was cleaned daily then zero cleaning after the last three nights.

Elevators neeed some fixing

The front lobby staff was very rude. Check in was late. She keeps explaining that the previous guest checked out late that’s why the room is still uncleaned at 4:40pm. That is not the guest’ problem, they should have a plan regarding those things. An apology would have been better than an excuse. The manager Jen was right next to the receptionist but did not do anything about it. She was checking in guest with a scripted responses not genuine at all. Overall bad experience. Your stay starts at check in. Ruins the rest of the experience.

Had to wait 1.5 hours before I could check in. My reservation was under someone else's name. The matteress cover had stains and holes. Bedroom door had chocolate on the door knob and door. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Faux leather chair was peeling on top back rest and seat edge. Overall hotel needs updates.

I wish I would have brought my fan. Had a good time.

Great staff. Free and easy to free way access. The pool kinda gave us the ick but we had lots else to do. The breakfast and drinks were a wonderful amenity and the texting the staff was convenient. My only complain was the curtains didn’t block out the super bright sun.

What was really appreciated is the proximity to the Schaumburg Convention Center. It was about a 5-6 minute easy walk. It’s about a $35 uber/lyft ride from the airport…. A quick 20 minutes.

The children enjoyed the pool but the breakfast was not that great, it was better in the past years

It's an older property and so the room had signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was tiny and could use an update. The suite of rooms was huge and comfortable and we appreciated the extra door to the bedroom, as the hallway noise was a little loud. The atrium is a fun architectural feature and houses the breakfast area. It was an amazing breakfast with just about anything you could want. The property was close to shopping and restaurants and was good for a short stay.
