It was clean, but could have been a little cleaner. Patio doors were dirty. Overall, very comfortable.

Hotel still feels like early 2000's. Rooms have a weird smell, staff was acting like they were doing me favor by giving me a room. Rude and not at all friendly.

Good value, good area in town. Friendly staff. We would stay here again when in town.

Inexpensive place to stay average accommodations.

Customer engagement was excellent at check in, but I was unable to reach the front desk without coming downstairs the next day

The entire property had a dingy, neglected feel. The air conditioning in the lobby either wasn’t working or wasn’t working well, and the AC in our room struggled all night. Even with the thermostat turned down very low, we were still hot trying to sleep. The room itself was very dated. The bathroom felt worn, the toilet seat was yellowed, and the carpet looked so dirty that I wouldn’t have wanted to walk on it barefoot or even in socks. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were so firm that you could feel the springs through the mattress, and not doubles - barely larger than a twin. The pillows were unusually small and offered very little support. The pool was advertised but was closed. We were told it was “under construction,” but it looked like it hadn’t been open in a very long time, and we didn’t see any construction activity whatsoever. This was actually the second time I’ve accidentally booked a Baymont property without realizing it, and unfortunately this experience reinforced my hesitation. It was disappointing enough that my travel partner booked us into a different hotel for the second night rather than stay here again. I can’t recommend this property based on our experience.

I stayed for 5 nights and my room was never cleaned. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned. Nothing in the room was replenished, like coffee. The entire place was run down and not clean at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fare prices, beautiful, and big place to walk around

We were on the 4th floor and the hallway stayed 85-90 degrees. The heat came from a vent in a door labeled “boiler room.” When we complained to maintenance, we were told that it was because people kept opening the balcony in their rooms. None of the other floors had anything near this problem. The a/c in our room could not keep up and we sweated out every night. The pool was “closed for maintenance” meaning they didn’t bother to ever take off the winter cover. The “manager’s reception” a table with coffee that often was empty or not even offered. I asked on Friday about reserving the airport shuttle for Sunday, and was told to reserve it on Saturday, because they only write down the reservation the day before. I went back Saturday to reserve it and was told that there was no driver for Sundays. Why couldn’t they have told me that the first time!

Everything went smooth fit the price

Old timer, pool closed

Mah!

Room had spiders. Bed uncomfortable and old. No pool, no free breakfast. Common areas hot

The pool was closed. There were small bugs flying around in my room. I was eaten up by the bugs. They did not provide breakfast. Even their coffee was gross. It appeared as if they were rebranding from another hotel to a Wyndham.
