Excellent staff! Front desk, bar, breakfast, housekeeping, every single person at this hotel is fantastic. Great location for city or suburbs.

The hotel is in a great location central to everything. The hotel staff they were so friendly and helpful when we were staying there this past weekend.

Complimentary shuttle for guest transportation anywhere within a 4 mile radius is such an awesome perk of staying here! The lobby is phenomenally designed to create a ton of space for all guests to lounge without feeling overcrowded. It’s obvious the hotel has undergone some major renovations, but there are some areas which could be improved. Overall room was clean, but it did have a bit of a stale air smell, carpet looks like it has seen better days. Also one of the bedskirts had 2 obvious holes on it. Bathroom has a nice huge mirror with great lighting, but overall bathroom too small. The toilet sits maybe just 3 steps away from the door, shower head water pressure is low. Not all toiletries were replaced after used ones taken. Light bulb near doorway was out upon arrival, but they did change it immediately after informed. The air conditioning in room worked very well! Majority of staff was very helpful & kind. They will provide water bottles upon request at front desk, which is also nice. There were maybe two ladies at the front desk with whom I interacted that seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. All others were exceptional. Be sure to bring cash to tip the awesome shuttle drivers for their service! Location of hotel allows guests to access just about anything, as there are plenty of restaurants, retail & grocery stores. The sports bar restaurant next door is convenient to just walk over. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Location was perfect for my needs and the lobby is nice. The carpeting throughout the hallways needs to be replaced (stained and looks dirty). Wallpaper was peeling in places. Furniture in my room was peeling on the edges. Ordered room service and the pasta dish was served with plastic ware and one small paper napkin. Roamed the halls for a bit and never found an ice machine.

Staff were not friendly. Fire alarm in the middle of the night. No communication. Spent an hour outside. Then the fire alarm strobe light in our room was flashing for another 3 hours. Did not ask about our stay at check out. Rooms need updates. Won't stay again.

Klaudia at the front desk was nice to me and made my stay there worthwhile.

Amazing stay and will always go back

Actually having a room when I arrived at the hotel. Booking.com was still accepting reservations when the hotel was completely sold out due to flight cancellations. The front desk wouldn't even look at my confirmed reservation.

Extremely worn and outdated. This is not a 4-star hotel. Rooms need gutted and completely remodels. Carpet had runs/tears. Fire alarms went off just before midnight due to a pipe that burst on the 5th floor and ran all the way down to the restaurant/lobby

Yes, they denied us a room. I prepaid for two nights and did not arrive the first night. Instead of holding the room for my arrival the second night, the reservation was cancelled and they sold the room to another person.

The bathrooms are really small, had water leak from the toilet. The TVs size is very small... They had a card show swap/buy event in the middle of the main hallway adding all kind of noise/people. Saturday night had the fire alarm and people had to go outside for an hour... This hotel needs improvement in all areas.

Nice hotel, but a little dated. Staff is very friendly, but the rooms definitely need some upgrades

Clean room but fire alarm went off at midnight and we were outside until 2 am we were never informed of anything or given any compensation until I asked. Wasn’t until then we were given vouchers for breakfast.

Hotel is great staff are awesome. I just wish the rooms had a smart tv for streaming services.

Our $228 room, plus $50 deposit, smelled cat piss upon entering. At midnight, fire alarm goes off, exited building with total confusion. Zero direction from any staff. 45 minutes outside, entered back to lobby, with no staff information. Water pipe broke, water pouring down to lobby, went back up to room after 1 hour in lobby. Had to walk through water soaked water. We asked for refund, said they would, hope we we will.

To start, the check in went well until I entered my room; where I noticed my toilet was not functional and there was a poor odor. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me it would be fixed in 10 minutes. Hours later I arrived back to my room to see the engineer was just then leaving. A cleaner then arrived shortly after this would have been 9:00 almost 5 hours after. The following we were unable to get good sleep again due to a malfunction in the water system causing everyone to evacuate!

The experience was good, the furniture and layout is a bit dated. The fridge was leaking water into the carpet but other than that excellent service. I would definitely come back but not to that room.

Fancy and clean Breakfast not included. Water bottles were charged.
