Great experience

Had a wonderful stay!! No complaints, just book it!!
-
Everything else is perfect and great!

Hallway carpets were stained. Breakfast buffet offered limited choices and was barely warm.

Fantastic stay, great customer service!

Stayed here for the night and it was okay. The lobby is beautiful, but the room itself felt a bit outdated. You could see small cracks in the outlet in the bathroom, and the doors needed to be pushed closed to actually click in place to lock. That said, it’s next to good restaurants, but it’s still not what I expected from a Hyatt. It really feels like they put their money into the lobby and not the rooms themselves.

The location and lobby are great, but the rooms were terrible. They are old and most of the rooms smell like mold. My rooms had black mold on the windows and there was a huge stain on the carpet. We changed rooms due to this. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

We weren't here long, however the time we were was wonderful. The check in was great! Our room was extremely clean. It was beautiful. I was bummed that breakfast didn't open until 630 am however I understand on a Sunday. It was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable

Booked hotel through Expedia with confirmation but never got a room. Hotel was already fully booked.
-
What disappointed me most was how Expedia handled the situation. When I requested reimbursement for my taxi expenses, I was told only a one-way fare might be reimbursed and only if I had a receipt. I had paid cash to a local taxi and did not receive one. Instead, I was offered 50 One Key reward points, later increased to 70 points, despite explaining that I had spent about $80 one way on transportation because of Expedia’s booking issue. I declined the points because they did not come close to covering my actual loss. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and after this experience I have lost confidence in booking through Expedia again.

Very comfy beds and quiet; was definitely able to rest. Room cleaned daily was a plus, but the towels were not restocked and some were not of hotel quality. The parking was a plus. I would stay again; staff very friendly and helpful.
-
There was a very strong urine odor coming from the bed or carpet near the bed. I noticed this around midnight when I played down. The front desk was not helpful all. I had to call Expedia to get any resolution.
-
Booked king bed. Got there and none left. Was put in small bed. Front desk guy very nice
-
A very good price for the amenities.
-
At check in no king rooms were available for 10 minutes they were still being cleaned i came back in about 15 or 20 minutes busy still not ready so there was a older lady doing check in she upgraded me to a double with no charge. I got to my room it was so spacious and away from people just how I like it. My only issue was the shower water backing up and not going down properly I told staff at check out and was compensated. 🙂

The room was very clean and service was wonderful!

It was Friday night 4:15 pm, went to check in and work a few more hours. They had no linens. Finally, 6:30 pm I got to the room. Air conditioning was not working properly, Hot! Room, and hallway smelled of mildew. Carpet was old and sagging. Coffee pot not working. 1 towel, 1 washcloth, no hand towels, no bath mat. This room was over $200 for less than 12 hours. I am more disappointed than anything, my favorite is no longer.

Old structure; small rooms; inexperienced staff; limited eating options; small bathrooms…..
