This is our second time staying here. We love the location, and the rooms are nice and quiet!

Room had strange smell and staff very unresponsive- needed a slipper as carpet was very dirty and asked the front desk . The front desk never send the slippers - this is my send bad experience in this total

The rooms are devoid of any character, the furniture is old, the bed was creaky and the in-room coffee was nasty. The fire alarm went off one morning and caused great stress to other travelers. Apparently it was a malfunction. One day I didn’t receive housekeeping so I asked to have the room cleaned while I was at dinner. I returned hours later to a the same uncleaned room. The bartender was excellent.

Location, showerhead,peacefulness The queen beds seemed as if we were sleeping in twin beds. They seemed small. Also, the bathroom was updated, but it didn't have an exhaust fan in the restroom. Plus the paint was peeling off the ceiling Ave the wallpaper was kind of coming off. The rooms needed updating, not just the restrooms.

Even though we were not able to use the amenities, this hotel is super clean with a very friendly staff, and the location is perfect! We had a birthday dinner next door at City Works, and this was the perfect spot for our stay! We would highly recommend this hotel to all our friends.

very nice front desk workers

The room was nice, towels were awesome, showerhead was great, front desk staff was welcoming, polite and professional. A few minor things...the conditioner seemed diluted and shower gel didn't make enough suds (shampoo was good). A little surprised the mattress doesn't absorb the trying to sleep tossing and turning movements ....although it was comfy. Would I stay again....of course. Many places to eat in the surrounding area and then there's the mall!

La propiedad está muy linda y bien acomodada, lo único que no me gustó fue la piscina bajo techo que está excesivamente fría , para los niños considero que está demasiado fría deberían poner un calentador , pero en general la propiedad está excelente
